Bon acceuil Appartement confortable avec une trés bonne literie. Situation trés calme

cela fait 2 fois que nous séjournons dans cette location que nous trouvons agréable et a proximité des commerces, de la plage, des animations ... avec un jardin qui est bien sympatique et pratique pour y déposer des vélos .

Charmant petit appartement en rez-de-jardin, idéalement situé, proche des commerces et de la plage. Le rêve me direz-vous ? Pas tout à fait : la propriétaire sur place (qui vit au-dessus) est un peu maniaque... on est obligés de réclamer les prestations promises (barbecue, chaises de jardin... à noter, une tv ancienne génération sans la TNT et une radio sans antenne)... quand on croit être tranquilles, la musique se met soudain à tonner (?!!)... enfin, la propriétaire se pointe comme une fleur 20 minutes en retard pour l'état des lieux (et encore, suite à un appel téléphonique de notre part), ce qui nous met en retard pour notre train qu'on a failli louper! Bref, heureusement que l'appartement (lit très confortable, terrasse ensoleillée) et le soleil compensaient ces petits désagréments...

Très agréable location, très bien située. Commerces et plages accessibles très rapidement à pied. Place de parking à disposition, ce qui n'est pas un mince avantage à la Grande Motte. Cependant, accueil de la propriétaire un peu froid et l'état des lieux final ressemble plus à une inspection militaire qu'autre chose. Dommage car cela ternit un peu l'image d'un appartement très bien agencé ou rien ne manque...

This appartment belongs to a very famous 1968 architect J Balladur designed villa, (1970 style), it is newly redecorated,good taste, romantic, cute and quiet, green park environment, suitable for couple, kids admitted (lots of fun in the vicinity for them), 3 min walk from the beach, centre, shops, sports, amusements, bike rentals, car can be parked securely. Free Private parking Big private garden Perfect holidays.
