Klein aber fein
Eine extrem nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Sehr gepflegtes kleines Haus mit guter Ausstattung - sowohl in der Küche als auch Fahrräder. Insbesondere waren es auch richtig gute Betten - das lohnt sich insbesondere in Frankreich zu erwähnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

La maison est très joliment décorée. Notre hôte a été très sympathique et de bons conseils. Les vélos sont un plus! Surtout que les pistes Velodyssée se trouvent juste à côté. Literie très confortable.

La famille est vraiment très agréable, bien décorée avec de jolis tableaux et propres. Elle est aussi très bien équipée et très bien située : à la fois proche de toutes commodités et très au calme. La terrasse/jardin est très agréable et permet de déjeuner dehors. Les vélos mis à disposition ont été aussi très utiles. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons par ailleurs très apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires et ses conseils très précieux pour les visites dans la région. La situation est idéale : proche de Hossegor mais aussi du Pays Basque. C'était parfait !

Un séjour très agréable dans une location au décor d'un goût de très bon goût
Après un accueil discret mais fort aimable, nous avons pu profiter d'une maison particulièrement fonctionnelle mais aussi décorée avec un goût sûr et de caractère. Des couleurs, de l'insolite, des photos attachantes...nous avons réellement apprécié cet environnement. Proche du village et des commerces que l'on peut rejoindre à pied. Un havre de paix où l'on peut se ressourcer en toute sérénité. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter du soleil sur la terrasse fort spacieuse...hiver oblige !
Nous reviendrons à une autre saison...peut-être à l'automne !

Comme à la maison
L'emplacement de la maison est idéal (proximité commerces, Port de CapBreton, plages...et le calme). La maison est très bien équipée, meublée, décorée...on n'a manqué de rien! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons.

Nice house at a nice location. We particularly liked the covered area beside the house where we could clean and dry the wetsuits. Small issues with water drainage but that was easily fixed. Kitchen was small but functional, everything we needed was there.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.
Das Haus entspricht in allen Belangen der Beschreibung.
Bei der Einrichtung und der Gestaltung der Innenräume sowie der Gartenanlage hat der Vermieter mehr als nur ein "gutes Händchen" bewiesen.
On Top die bereitgestellten Fahrräder, die es ermöglichen auf den PKW vollständig zu verzichten.

Maison meublée avec goût, très fonctionnelle. A proximité du centre et des plages. des vélos sont mis à disposition ce qui est un vrai plus.

Je recommande vivement cette location, idéalement située, proche de Hoosegor.
Les vélos à disposition sont appréciables ainsi que des pistes cyclables à côté.
La location est agréable, très propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. Une grande terrasse arborée sans vis à vis est un vrai plus.
Le propriétaire était adorable et à l'écoute des moindres remarques. On le remercie pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et lieux à visiter !

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Jochem. La maison est bien située, à deux pas du port et non loin de la mer à vélo (disponibles su place), deux places de parking sont mis à disposition. Tout est très bien équipé niveau cuisine et le logement était d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Très agréable sejour
La maison est absolument très jolie, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Elle est très bien équipée, il n'y manque rien et les 2 vélos sont vraiment très appréciés. L'emplacement est idéal à quelques coups de pédales des dunes et de la jolie ville de Capbreton et son agréable port. Nous y avons passé une bien belle semaine de vacances et l'accueil du propriétaire a été des plus agréables.

Une très belle découverte
L’emplacement est idéal pour la découverte de Capbreton, des jolies plages de la Côte d’Argent, et des merveilleux paysages du Pays basque. La maison est extrêmement agréable et superbement décorée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les suggestions du gentil propriétaire. Que du bonheur!

Fantastique!!! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Nous y somme aller en septembre. Très chouette petite maison, exactement comme décrit, identique aux photos. Mr Jochem le propriétaire est charmant. Aux petits soins pour ses invités. Les deux vélos mis à disposition sont un plus. Boulangerie, marché couvert, la "Criée" pour le poisson, Leclercq... et les plages sont accessible en vélo. La cuisine bien équipée (four électrique , plaque à induction, belle vaisselle, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, machine à café Krups pour "Nespresso", percolateur traditionnel) permet de cuisiner les produit locaux!!!!

Ideal für einen entspannten Sommerurlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Vermieter wurden wir äußerst nett empfangen und haben viele Tipps zur Orientierung vor Ort und für Unternehmungen erhalten. Genial sind die zur Verfügung gestellen Fahrräder. Das Auto haben wir nur für weiter entfernte Ausflüge benötigt. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Gemütliches Haus mit schöner Terrasse und geschmackvoller Einrichtung
Das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten bezogen.In der Küche fanden wir sogar alle Grundzutaten zum Kochen vor!
Besonders angetan waren wir von den zahlreichen Vorschlägen und Informationen zu guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Ausflügen und Wanderungen in der Umgebung, die der Vermieter hinterlegt hat. Wir haben davon regen Gebrauch gemacht:)
Mit den beiden Fahrrädern konnten wir gut die kurzen Strecken zum Einkaufen fahren und über die gut ausgebauten Radwege wunderschöne Touren machen.
Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns jedoch gestört. Es ist zwar ein TV vorhanden, über das man sehr viele Programme empfangen kann, darunter war allerdings nur ein deutscher und einige englische Sender. Alle anderen waren französische Programme oder aus aller Welt.
Da wir ja nicht zum Fernsehschauen in den Urlaub fahren, können wir das Haus jedoch nur empfehlen und wir können uns einen erneuten Besuch gut vorstellen, zumal wir das Besichtigungsprogramm noch nicht „abgearbeitet “ haben:)

La maison est très sympa, parfaitement équipée et très bien placée. Tout est à proximité (Leclerc, boulangerie, centres ville Capbreton et Hossegor, les burgers d'Uncle Phil ! ). Le plus ce sont les velos fournis avec la location.

Je recommande ce logement car il est fonctionnel, notamment avec des enfants. Il est très bien équipé et situé à proximité de toutes commodités. Il est très agréable de se rendre à pied au port ou à la plage.

Hier stimmte einfach alles.
Wenn ich nach Frankreich in ein Haus oder Appartment fahre, dann nehme ich immer viele Dinge von zuhause für die Küche mit War diesmal nicht nötig. War einfach alles da. Und in einem Zustand, der es ermöglichte die Lebensmittel der Märkte entsprechend zuzubereiten.
Das Haus ist gut und ruhig. Und sogar die Fahrräder waren gut in Schuss.
Zu allem Überfluss hatten wir auch noch gutes Wetter. War eine runde Sache.

Geniales Ferienhaus in idealer Lage
Wir haben uns in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es ist definitiv eines der Ferienhäuser, bei denen man merkt, dass der Besitzer großen Wert auf gemütliches und ansprechendes Ambiente legt. Es ist wunderbar, dass so ein Schmuckstück zur Vermietung angeboten wird.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die geschmackvolle und sehr praktische Einrichtung und die gute Lage haben einen perfekten Urlaub und gute Erholung garantiert. Die angenehme Kommunikation mit Herrn Klumpen tat ein Übriges. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

A Jewel
We stayed at this property for 5 weeks. It is an absolute jewel.
Location: right in the centre of Capbreton it was extremely easy (cycling or walking) to get to the port, sports facilities, shopping - market, hypermarket and local high street, restaurants, beach, canal, Hossegor.
Property: clean and easy to keep clean, well designed, well equipped, gorgeous garden, good wifi service, home from home.
Owner: very good customer service from booking to finish of the stay, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact if needed.
Don't hesitate - book this property - you won't regret it.
Caveat: the HomeAway website is inaccurate in the description of the bathrooms. There is a very large cloakroom downstairs with a toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there is a shower, toilet and washbasin.
