About this condo rental

Located in Criel-sur-Mer, this attractive condo for $57 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. House (28 m2) created in our house, with independent access. You have access to part of the garden. Our house is located 800m from the beach in a very quiet street. You will have a real bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The cottage can accommodate 2 people, it is possible to add a cot in the room to accommodate a baby. For bedding, provide mattress sheets 140x190, duvet cover 200x200 and 2 pillowcases. If you prefer, sheets and towels can be provided (10 euros / person to pay locally). Non smoking rental, pets not allowed. Beach 800 m. Bakery with a grocery department, hairdresser, restaurants on site. Hamlet with typical houses of the 19th century. Criel sur Mer is located between Le Tréport and Dieppe, 35 minutes from the Baie de Somme. We are looking forward to seeing you in the future, and you will be able to do so in the near future. Ones huis is gelegen aan een rustige straat, op 800 meter van het (keien-) strand. Indeling: woonkamer puts keukenblok; ruime slaapkamer; badkamer puts wastafelmeubel in shower; toilet. From the point of view of the customer. From vakantiewoning (28 m2) is geschikt voor twee personen. Maar voor een baby kan in slaapkamer een kamperbedje worden gezet, dat we desgevraagd ter beschikking stellen. In slaapkamer staat een klerenkast in een tweepersoons bed (140x190 cm), puts een dekbed (200x200 cm) in twee hoofdkussens. U moet zelf een onderlaken, dekbedhoes en kussenslopen meebrengen, maar desgevraagd worden door ons tegen betaling het benodigde beddengoed en handdoeken geleverd (10 euro per persoon, ter plaatse te voldoen). Het huis is gelegen in Mesnil-Val (gemeente Criel-sur-Mer), een piepklein, klassiek badplaatsje tussen de Normandische krijtrotsen. Deze strekken zich tot voorbij de toeristische vissersstad The Tréport (4 km noordoostwaarts) en de havenstad Dieppe (30 km zuidwestwaarts) uit. Wandelend langs of GR-route 21, bovenop of 'cliffs', kom i (2 km zuidwestwaarts) bij Criel Beach. In noordwaarts voorbij The Tréport en Ault kom i bij twee waterrijke natuurgebieden (the Hâble d'Ault, the Baie de Somme). Mesnil-Val telt twee restaurants in een bakkerij. Er is weinig openbaar vervoer: I moet yesterday wel een eigen auto (dan wel sterke wandel- of fietsbenen) hebben. Voorzieningen: Central verwarming. Internetverbinding in televisie. Elektrische haardroger. Volledig ingerichte kitchenette: twee elektrische kookplaten, magnetron, koelkast met vriesvak, elektrische waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat voor gemalen koffie, broodrooster, pannen, schalen, borden, glazen, bestek, oestermessen, etcetera. In de zonnige tuin, op het grasperk nabij de voordeur, staan een parasol, een tuinbank en een tuintafel met twee stoelen klaar.

De aangeboden woning is van het type 'klein maar fijn'; alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelfs in ruimere mate dan je vooraf kunt bedenken. Het bed is prima, en je mag gebruik maken van de aanliggende tuin en zelfs af en toe wat gebruiken van de tuinkruiden. De verhuurders zijn fantastische mensen die zeer open staan voor contact en eventuele wensen die je toch nog mocht hebben. Absoluut aan te bevelen. De nabije kustomgeving is prachtig en de moeite waard om eens bezocht te hebben.

Très agréable séjour au calme

Location très bien située à 5 minutes à pied de la mer et à 5 minutes en voiture du Tréport. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé, avec une mention spéciale pour la literie. Le réveil se fait au chant des oiseaux. L'accès au jardin est un vrai plus par beau temps. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Da Marias Mutter krank war und sie diese Ferienwohnung für ihre Mutter brauchten, hat uns Joel seine andere Wohnung, die sich direkt am Meer befindet, angeboten. Jeden Abend konnten wir vom Balkon den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet. ( Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine usw. ) Da Joel sehr gut deutsch spricht, gab es auch keine Verständigungsprobleme. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Een heerlijke tuin. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt tijdens de hittegolf . De eigenaren Marie en Joël zijn zeer vriendelijk,gastvrij en behulpzaam. Joël reserveerde de eerste avond een tafeltje in het restaurant aan het strand. Marie bezorgde ons een uitnodiging voor de een vernissage van een tentoonstelling van 25 verschillende kunstenaars uit de streek. We voelde ons bijzonder als enige Nederlandse tussen de plaatselijke notabelen . We hebben heerlijk gewandeld . Na 2 dagen hadden we al het gevoel dat we een week weg waren. We komen zeker terug.
