Spacious luxury villa completely renovated in September 2016, of 200 m2, with travertine stone tiling, its infinity pool in zerra green stone of 4.5 * 9. 5 m, its breathtaking view of the Rock, its 2 accesses to the beach, its wooded garden of 2,400 m2, its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its adjoining bathroom (3 bedrooms with a double canopy bed and mosquito net and one for children with 2 small beds and a double bed), therefore a capacity of 10 people, its equipped kitchen, its laundry room, its automatic lighting of the garden associated with a motion detector.
The house is located barely 50 meters from the large Diamant beach and close to restaurants.

maison idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances. Vue imprenable sur le rocher du diamant depuis la terrasse et la piscine.
Dommage que la plage à proximité de la maison soit envahie par les sargasses ...

Vue incroyable sur le diamant, magnifique piscine à débordement, très jolie maison fonctionnelle, idéale pour nous (deux couples avec deux enfants de 8 et 10 ans).
L’accueil a été parfait, rien à redire sur cet excellent séjour à la Martinique.
Merci encore à Régine.
PS : l’excellent restaurant « chez Ernest » est à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison au creux de l’anse à droite !).

Maison paradisiaque avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et le diamant Description de la maison sur le site est absolument conforme à la réalité. Regine est une hôte accueillante et charmante disponible attentive Un séjour de rêve vraiment!

The house was nice and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to have two restaurants so close! However it was stated they were in walking distance! Well... If you are up to walking in a dark very hilly and very rocky path on a cliff to get to them then go for it! Highly recommend Ernest's But was not fond of New Cap! Another restaurant to acknowledge was Le Blanche ! The pool was lovely along with the view! The comments about the beach being steps from our house was VERY DECEIVING!!! It's a fifty foot walk on an uneven curvy path to get to another very rocky And hilly fifty foot path and a few rocks to climb down to get to the beach! While we were there the beach was not very inviting due to all of the stinky seaweed the washed up and consumed most of the beach space! The language barrier was a Big Problem . So if you don't speak French and if you have any mobility issues I would not suggest this House or the area! Sorry!
