Located in Cancun, this attractive condo for $260 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Hablamos Espanol. This amazing family condo is very spacious with 2,150 sq ft of living space, it has beautiful Ocean views, a short walk to our glorious blue turquoise water, you can sit in the privacy of your balcony to enjoy your margaritas while watching the sunset and the flying Pelicans, all you will hear is the sound of the waves crashing by the beach and if you come at the right time of the year you will see the big turtles nesting just outside your balcony. Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days. IF you are coming to have dental work at Cancun Dental Specialists we are across the street, very convenient. We are located in Boulevard Kukulkan Kilomter 11.5 right at the center of Cancun Hotel zone. Ours is a family place, no spring or summer breakers. This apartment has 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 with marble floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living, dining room, bar area with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, laundry room, a balcony facing the Ocean and free WIFI Internet, TV, Apple TV with Netflix. We have an excellent bus transport service in the hotel zone and a rental car is not needed. We have 24 hours security, loungers, tables, beach umbrellas and the restaurant outside our building offers food and drinks service by the beach. The bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works amazingly well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view is absolutely stunning and the beach is practically empty—an ideal feature for a family full of introverts. Both Esteban and Rosy were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. We had an unforgettable vacation :)

We just returned to Canada after spending 5 wonderful weeks at the Bridec. Over that time we enjoyed many of our family coming to stay with us and, without exception, everyone agreed that this is a special vacation property. While it is a bit older, the living space and the location cannot be beat. Enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while the sun is rising, often having an omelette for breakfast next door at the Tacun restaurant and then walking a few steps down to the (almost private) beach is a great getaway lifestyle. Other reviews cover the close proximity to bus(12 pesos and they run every few minutes BUT the bus drivers drive like maniacs), Circle K, ATM for pesos, shopping, entertainment - we agree and won’t repeat other reviewers comments.
The people who run this property are super accommodating and treat you like family. Their mission is to do whatever it takes to have you enjoy your stay. A special thanks to Anabel who went out of her way to be available via WhatsApp and quickly arrange whatever was needed. You we instrumental is ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

The host was incredibly responsive - she sent WhatsApp messages ahead of our visit, and was continually responsive during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family - we had such a fun time, and left well rested. We highly recommend!

Planned this vacation for a very special occasion. A 50th birthday celebration! My group consisted of 7 women, some of who never been to Mexico before. Everything about this vacation was amazing. From the initial booking, throughout the vacation count down, and the actual vacation. Anabel was so amazing to correspond with. All my expectations were met above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this property.
Great ocean front location, next to a good Mexican restaurant for a quick bite to eat. We all felt safe, and the on hand maintenance made it very easy to get any issue resolved. Thank you again for the wonderful memories.

Fun in the Sun
We absolutely loved our VRBO. It was right on the beach and easy walk or bus ride around the town. Anabel was very helpful in setting up our vacation and was quick to answer any questions. She also helped us with a driver from the airport. Thanks Rosy and Dorian for getting us to where we wanted to go and set up fishing. The worst part of your vacation is we had to return to our real life. We will be staying here again!!! Thanks for a great vacation.

Great views and nice central location on Cancun.
This a good-sized condo with 3 large bedrooms. The AC worked well and the view for the balcony was great. The balcony could a few minor repairs/upgrades but we understand how the climate for a beach location impacts simple maintenance. The beach is not crowded at all which was nice for those wanting to avoid the all inclusive crowds. Rosy was great picking us up at the airport even after two cancellations in our arrival flights. Also have to point out that for the home cook, the kitchen has some of the best pots/pans I have seen in a rental. The stove is gas which is great for cooking if you are inclined. We used the bus and taxi to get around without issue. The mntce guys at the property will set up umbrellas and loungers on the beach. Just remember to tip them at some point.

We had a wonderful experience for our first trip to Mexico and we would definitely stay here again when we come for another visit!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was as advertised and had spectacular views. Anabel answered all our many questions very timely. They give you contact information for one of the drivers they work with to pick you up at the airport so there is no need to rent a car. Our driver, Rosy, was wonderful! She did speak some English and was very, very helpful to us. She took us to the grocery once we checked in. We loved that with a fully stocked kitchen, we could prepare breakfast/lunch and eat dinner out each evening. There were many restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The mall is within walking distance and many restaurant options were there. While we did not use the bus, we saw the buses all the time and they would be easy to use if you choose not to walk. Best location in Cancun!
We stayed here for 8 days with our family of 5. The location is perfect. About a mile from the "party zone" of Cancun, close enough to restaurants, activities, etc. but just removed from the crowds and noise. The property is older but maintained and kept nice and clean. The restaurant outside, Tacun, was so good and so convenient to grab a bite to eat any meal any day! We ate there almost daily, even just for a quick nachos to share at the beach. They only accept cash so make sure you have some on hand. The mall is about 1/2 mile walk away, and there's lots of restaurants and shopping there. Circle K across the street has bottled water and snacks as well. No need to rent a car here. Busses are very safe and cheap, there's lots of taxis and the property has their own drivers they will get you in touch with for airport transfers and other transportation needs. Carlos picked up and and dropped us back at the airport and it was so nice and easy!
Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was also very nice. Plenty of space. Make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Those items are not included.
The beach amenities are perfect too. Chairs, loungers, umbrellas, towels all included. We spent most our days hanging out on the quiet uncrowded beach. The water and waves are perfect, there's plenty of shells for the kids to find (hint, look in the water at where the wave breaks before the beach). And the maintenance guys are happy to help you carry items to and from the beach if you need it. They were also quick to help us out with the couple issues that arose; our TV wouldn't work (which was fine we spent very little time indoors anyway) and our hot water kept going out and the pilot needed relit almost every day.
The only suggestion I would add for improvements would be to increase the lighting in the condo. It is pretty dark in there with the existing lights. Maybe adding can lights into the ceiling would make a big difference.
We loved staying here and will stay here every time we come to Cancun from now on. It was simply the best place to stay!

Location is next to the governor’s mansion so security in the area is great plus the cleanest beach area along with being a one mile walk to the party section or to the bigger restaurants and shopping. The bus will pick you up out front and was so easy to figure out. The owners communicate was fabulous. Every question was answered in minutes and when we had a few minor problems they had someone at our door in less then 15 minutes to fix it. The pool was clean cool and refreshing after a long day of heat. The private transport that was arranged for us by the owners was the best. To have a local who spoke clear English to drive us to our destination and to help barter at the markets was a huge plus!! Just ask Annabel and she will connect you to them. The beds are comfortable and the apartment was clean. There is a small circle k across the street for basic market supplies and two larger supermarkets about a mile in each direction. A few small shops across the street offered souvenirs at a little more then the markets but was easy to grab before leaving and a lot less hassle. The Tacun restaurant in front is great food and service. I will stay here every time I visit Cancun! Doesn’t compare to any other location!

Great Stay
We had a great time on the property. Our unit was exactly as promised, and Estevan was extremely helpful. You can’t get any closer to the beach and the view was perfect. The location is also great for convenience shopping, and there is a small local restaurant just outside the gate, which is reasonably priced with good food (tacos, burritos, fajitas, etc). Its also not far from all types of dining and shopping, though IMO you’ll want a cab, bus, or rental car (we had a rental car). Also FYI, parking is tight, so if you are driving, be wary of a crowded fit and taxis zipping by. I would suggest that if you watch a lot of tv, like Netflix or Amazon Prime, bring a Chrome caster or something similar. For the price and space the value was excellent, and my family of 6 loved it. It’s an older property, and we knew that, so don’t expect a 5 star resort, but our unit was remodeled with modern updates (appliances, AC splitters, etc), and very comfortable, and we used the covered patio a lot. All in all, a wonderful trip!

A bargain for this much space right on the beach!
The location is amazing. We rented this apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms right on the beach for a fraction of the cost of a hotel. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and concerns, and our happiness and satisfaction was a very high priority for them. The maintenance team was also super friendly and helpful. They set up beach chairs and umbrellas for us everyday, called taxis, etc. I LOVED the seating area on the balcony - it’s sheltered from the sun and wind, but is cool and breezy. We used that area so much we didn’t turn on the TV once!

Excellent and relaxing vacation!
Our family of five stayed here for five nights. The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave us ample room to stretch out and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The condo was very clean upon arrival and stocked with enough supplies to get us through the week, and even had enough cooking supplies (seasonings/oil, etc) to cook our own meals. The internet was reliable and fast enough to do light video conferencing, so I was able to do some work on a laptop.
The complex felt very safe. There were only two other families there during our stay, so the beach was almost entirely empty which was great! We walked around to various shops and restaurants and never felt in danger. The bus stops close by, though we didn't utilize it.
The staff was awesome! Someone was always there to make sure the complex was safe, and to tackle any concerns that we had. My father had an injured foot, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I can't say enough about Maria, Anabel, Rosy, Esteban, Francisco and Roman, it really made our stay very easy. Esteban was especially friendly and always up for a chat.
I also need to mention the sea turtles. What a magical experience! Every night (and once during the day!) baby sea turtles would emerge from the sand and attempt to make their way to the ocean. We must have helped hundreds make it to the sea by the time we left. It was honestly one of the coolest experiences! Don't feel obligated to help though; there are professionals who stop by to take care of the turtles, but are happy to let you help!

1st time in Cancun
We aren't the resort type. We like privacy and explore on our own. The condo is right on the beach and we have great ocean view. There are other vacationers in the complex so its not completely private but it was tolerable. There were 7 of us and the 3 bedrooms were perfect and each with its own bathroom. We rented a car and never had trouble finding parking. The kitchen is well equipped and there is free wifi and cable. Esteban, Francisco, and Ramon took turns managing the facilities and are very friendly and helpful. Although we never met Maria cause we were always out, she was easy to contact whenever we needed something. We forgot some items when we left and she mailed it back to us for which we are so grateful. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon.

We highly recommend that you pay Rozy to provide transportation to and from the airport- she is awesome! Property location was perfectly positioned between many luxury resorts. The best part was that we got to see turtles 🐢� coming up to lay their eggs everywhere - every night!!! One night we were able to help 6 baby turtles who were lost to find their way to the water! So much fun! Esteban even came to our door one night to let us know they had arrived!
We are normally stay in 5-star resorts but decided to go with a private property this year. We had a couple of issues with the apartment but Annabell (Maria’s sister) had Maintence there to take care of the issues within minutes of letting her know. Having WiFi was nice as well. However don’t expect fast WiFi. But it served us fine - after all we were on vacation to see the sites not stay in to be in the internet.
There is plenty of room and it was nice knowing there was always someone on staff keeping the property safe. Thank you to all of you! 💕�
Having the beach and a pool was really nice as well. There is an outside shower to use as well so you didn’t track sand into the apartment. Being on the second floor was perfect to see sunrise - sunset and turtles coming up on the beach! Such a fun week! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this property. The location and view cannot be beat. I have stayed at all inclusive properties in Cancun and you are not this close to the beach. The staff is super friendly and always there to help. We watched turtles nest at night right from the balcony! If you want a few loungers and umbrellas set up on la plays, just ask and the guys will take care of it quickly. My wife and 4 kids always felt we had a ton of room and 3 bathrooms really help. All in all nothing but good things to say, I will go back the next time I go to Cancun!

We enjoyed the condo on the beach with its incredible views. Our family enjoyed all the space with everyone having their own bathroom. The beach was easily accessible and the maintenance men were very helpful with umbrellas for the beach. We were in the heart of the hotel zone and had restaurants and shopping readily available. We walked almost everywhere and the buses run right outside the gate of the property. The wifi was great and if there were any issues they were quickly addressed. I would recommend this location to a family looking for a lot of space and beachfront space without lots of people.

Awesome. Beautiful views! Great location!
We had such a great stay. This is a 5 star condo and I only rated it 4 because the storm shutters banged constantly with the wind that whips through the property.
I had coffee on the balcony every morning- great way to start the day. The towels were great- thick and cozy! We had 3 teens - the 3 bed and 3 baths in this condo was so convenient. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. We never ran out of hot water and no problems with water pressure.
We really appreciated the water bottles that Maria had available in the fridge!
This location was great. Felt like a private beach and it was great to have chairs and umbrellas on the beach when we needed them.
We ate several meals at Tacun right on the corner. They also delivered so we could have a fresh fruit plate in the morning while we drank coffee on the balcony.
Also very easy to get around town from here!
Conclusion- fabulous vacation and we know we want to return!
