Charming apartment in the historic center of St Jean de Luz, 2 steps from the beach and shops, 20 m from Place LOUIS XIV and 400m from the train station.
It is located on the 3rd and last floor (without elevator) of a Napoleon III house on rue de la République. South-West exposure, view of the sea and roofs. It consists of a living room with 107 cm LED flat screen, an iPode station, CD and DVD player, tuner, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed with memory mattress or 2 beds of 80, 1 shower room hairdryer, separate wc, kitchen with washing machine, dryer, induction hob, fan oven, microwave, freezer, Wifi, Air conditioning etc.
We provide linens, upon arrival the beds are made (percale sheets) towels, welcome products: soap, gel, shampoo.

My wife and I had a wonderful 3-night stay in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The property is a few minutes to the beach and about a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well stocked and exactly as presented in the listing. The separate washer and dryer were an added bonus. We were there during an unusual (for the time of year) hot spell and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A couple of things to note: 1) the apartment is directly above a pub/restaurant so it can get loud at night but the windows are incredible at dampening the noise and 2) the stairs leading to the apartment are a little treacherous so be careful. Finally, communication with the host (and co-host) was perfect. Laly actually works at the pub below so it is not hard to find her! Overall, a 5-out-of-5 start rating.

Nicely furnished apartment in a great location for access to the beach and to the old town. Per other reviews it is on a street with busy restaurants and the noise continues until after midnight.

The property is an easy walk from the station (TGV link to Paris) even with luggage, and then a climb up three flights of stairs! You definitely get your cardio.
The soundproofing and airconditioning work well. The street is restaurant and party street, so can be a bit lively.
The beach is a step away as is the town centre. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is relatively well equipped.
We were unfortunate with the weather, but we can still see why this is such a popular small resort.
