You can fall asleep lulled by the rhythm of the waves and wake up with a 180 ° panoramic sea view on Marie-Galante and the Pointe des Châteaux. The residence has two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults and a direct access to the beach of very famous light grapes in Guadeloupe. At the heart of the seaside town of Saint-François, you can enjoy its marina, its market and its gourmet restaurants, while having immediate access to the unspoilt nature of the Pointe des Châteaux.
The apartment has been completely repainted and its kitchen and bathroom have been redone in October 2017. The appliances have been completely changed, as well as the exotic wood furniture that is new.

L’appartement est comme il est annoncé. La mer est à nos pieds. Le port et la marina sont à 30 minutes de marche. L’appartement est propre et il y a assez d’espace pour 4 adultes. Nous étions 4 amies et notre séjour (du 24 avril au 1 mai 2022) a été vraiment agréable.

Nous venons de passer trois mois au Mabouya. Dès qu'on y entre, on commence à admirer le spectacle fabuleux de la mer et du ciel. Que de beauté ! On ne s'en lasse jamais. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables et on s'endort avec le son de la mer. Le complexe résidentiel est joli et très tranquille. Les piscines bien entretenues sont un atout. À une minute de marche, on trouve la fameuse boulangerie, une bonne pizzéria et la très pratique supérette. Étant de bon marcheurs, nous avons pris plaisir à effectuer beaucoup de nos courses à pied dans Saint-François. Et pour finir, Veronika, la gestionnaire de la propriété, est une perle. C'est certain que nous allons revenir.
