House of 140 m2 with private pool 8mx4m (telescopic shelter, from April to October swimming, swimming against the current) quiet, not overlooked, overlooking Bordeaux in the heart of a charming village with shops.
It consists of 2 lounges and a dining room (70m2), fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets, large garden, covered terrace, shaded wooden terrace.
Amenities: BBQ, plancha, table tennis, trampoline, 4 adult bikes on request.
Airport 30 min, Station 20 min, 25 min Atlantic Matmut Stadium.
Bordeaux center 20 min, Trade Fair Bordeaux Lac 25 min, 55 min Arcachon, Saint Emilion 35 min, 1 h Dune du Pyla.

Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.Lovely, clean family home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.We found the walk into the local village to be a little too far for us and missed being able to walk to get our daily baguettes in the morning.We did have a meal at the restaurant in the village and it was very good if a little expensive. Worth noting that it is only open Wednesday to Saturday as well.Several good supermarkets 10 to 20 minutes drive away.If you are looking for a very quiet, chilled location for a holiday, then would totally recommend, unfortunately, for us, we found it to be a little too quiet and did struggle to find anywhere to just sit and get a daily coffee, glass of wine, local market, just the things we have found in different areas in France that we have stayed in. Just didn't seem to be too much to do.

As this is the hosts' own house it was superbly appointed with all the amenities one could wish for, as well as being spotlessly clean and in a convenient location for visiting Bordeaux and the surrounding area. The car charger was a god send as it meant finding a charger was one less thing to worry about. The hosts were delightful, too!

Vincent and his wife were so friendly and welcoming, and the villa was well furnished and ideal for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby.The villa itself felt very private, being at the end of a road and not overlooked. The boulangerie in Quinsac was just a short drive away, and there were several large supermarkets within a 20-30 minute drive (I think there were smaller ones closer to the villa too).The pool temperature was just perfect, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus to use in the evening when the air temperature had cooled off. The covered patio stayed shaded for most of the day which was great for staying out of the sun!The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking and serving. It was really helpful to also have bath and hand towels provided. A big bonus for the location was how close by a few vineyards were for us to visit and taste wines! We visited 2 that were within easy walking distance.Had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely return!
