About this apartment rental
Modern three-room apartment on the second and last floor in a building of 12 residential units without a lift. The apartment has a kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, spacious double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and window, elegant and modern furnishings. All rooms overlook a large terrace of about 40 meters with pool view, facing south, equipped with awning, where it is possible to eat outside. I am renovating it further so starting from the summer there will be new kitchen and bedroom.
Modern building consisting of 12 residential units, with swimming pool and private parking, located in an excellent position a few steps from basic necessities such as supermarkets, newsagents, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, pizzerias. In the immediate vicinity there are also the Aquasplash water park, the Gulliverlandia aquarium center and the Junior Park for the entertainment of the little ones. The beach and the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro, with the main clothing shops, prestigious boutiques, cafes, ice cream parlors and pubs, are just a few hundred meters away and can be reached with a few minutes' walk.

Our condo in Lignano Sabbiadoro was so central to all our activities. It is all within walking distance be it the beach, grocery stores , shopping or restaurants downtown. Chiara is an excellent host and ensures that all your needs are taken care of. Her restaurant choices were excellent. The condo is on a busy street and it’s not surprising given its central location. However this was not a major concern for us. The condo is very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils and dishes. The spacious patio was a much appreciated outdoor space and accommodated us so well for all our meals, entertainment and family gatherings. It became the hub for all of our activities. The pool was cleaned daily and so refreshing.

We stayed for one week, everything was so good. Location is exactly like described, we walked around 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the Viale Centrale (but we are slow walkers). Apartment was nice, spacious, clean, kitchen was perfect! Private Pool on the property, always clean. Communication with Chiara was so easy and from the very start of booking until the last day of our stay she made us feel welcome. Big recommendation from me! ❤️
