Located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, this attractive house for $426 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Fully air-conditioned, the "Belvédère du Moulin" comprises two parts (the price indicated is for the totality of the 2 duplexes): - Upper part Le Belvedere du Moulin itself: the panoramic vegetated and flowered terrace includes a living room and a large table for more than 10 people, as well as a plancha, a hob and a sink. It overcomes the living room and the dining room with American kitchen, all with sea view. Below is the parental suite with bathroom and a twin bedroom with shower room. -First levels Le "Pichot du Moulin": a living room - dining room with American kitchen, a bedroom with 2 beds with a shower room. Below, a charming master suite with a Bormes stone wall equipped with a bathroom. It adjoins a large laundry room equipped with two washing machines, a dryer and a sink, in which you can store your belongings when you return from the beach. These two parts, which house 4 bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom or shower room, are connected by an outside staircase and have independent entrances. The property was great apart from the leaking roof above the kitchen which we spent the first half of the week mopping up (maybe 0.25l of water per day). Apart from that everything was five stars.

We had an absolute dream of a week in Bormes les Mimosa and much of that dream was due to this gorgeous home.
It was impeccably clean, fresh, bright and airy. We had amble space and the kids loved being in the downstairs apartment while my husband and I had a bit of peace and quiet in the upstairs apartment. The rooftop garden area was the gathering spot of choice - the view is breath taking.
Check in was perfect, everything we needed in the kitchen we found easily and quickly. Five stars!!

The view from the terrace is amazing and the villa has a good placement in the little village. The kitchen has what is needed to cook. We ended up doing that almost all days. The bed situation is not made for 7 adults, the rooms where the bed draws out to two beds are not comfortable enough. Would be fine for one adult otherwise these need an update, The pictures are taken in a very favorable way and looks better than the reality.

Es war alles bestens. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten ohne das Schlafzimmer mit dem Felsen. In dem Raum war die Luftfeuchtigkeit so hoch das alles in dem Raum feucht war( Kleidung, Bettwäsche). In diesem Raum muss ein Gerät auf gestellt werden das die Luftfeuchtigkeit senkt. So etwas geht auch über die Klimaanlage.

Un séjour de rêve
Situé dans l'un des plus beaux villages de France, cet ancien moulin entièrement rénové combine le charme fou d'une ancienne maison de village avec le confort d'une maison moderne, lumineuse et connectée (la WIFI est excellente). La terrasse sur le toit donne une vue exceptionnelle sur les alentours et notamment sur la mer. Quant à Alexandre, le propriétaire, il est aux petits soins et très arrangeant pour ses locataires, tout autant que Caroline, la gouvernante, qui nous a accueillis avec sourire, gentillesse et son délicieux accent du midi.

Semaine parfaite
Le logement est parfait ! Le rooftop, même en Février permet de profiter du soleil. Nous avons été chanceux car il a fait beau toute la semaine. Nous recommandons !! Le propriétaire est dispo dès que l'on a besoin. Merci !

Das Topevent bei dem Haus ist die Dachterasse mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles super sauber und sehr komplett Eingerichtet -
es gibt sogar einen Weinkühlschrank.
Alles ist technisch auf einem relativ neuen Stand, man kann sich allerdings in dem Multimedia ein wenig verfangen bis man die diversen Optionen verstanden hat.
Das absolute Highlight des Hauses ist neben der Lage im alten Dorfkern die Dachterasse mit 55 m2 auf der man genüsslich essen, kochen und faulenzen kann und dabei einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat.
Was man allerdings wissen sollte, ist das es bei dem Haus um zwei Appartements handelt, die über eine Außentreppe verbunden sind.
Als verhältnismäßig kleiner Nachteil kann man nur aufführen das das Haus hellhörig ist und das das untere Appartement relativ wenig Licht hat- was aber im Sommer den Vorteil bringt dass man dort kühlere Räume hat.
Das Leben spielt sich daher viel mehr im 4. Geschoss (gut ausgestattete Küche und Wohnzimmer) sowie auf der Dachterasse ab.

Wunderbare Unterkunft inmitten eines mittelalterlichen Dorfes
Wir waren sehr begeistert von der zentralen Lage mit einem unvergesslichem Ausblick zum Meer und über das Dorf. Abends, wenn die Tagestouristen den Ort verlassen hatten, konnten wir die Ruhe und die Atmosphäre noch einmal anders genießen. Wir werden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen. Auch die Küste hat uns sehr gut gefallen und Ausflüge ins Umland sind sehr zu empfehlen. Eine äußerst schöne Gegend.

Un séjour merveilleux ayant répondu à toutes nos espérances !
Bormes les Mimosas en hiver est un régal. La maison extra ordinaire. Un grand confort, une vue à couper le souffle, 5 niveaux différents permettant une indépendance quand on vient à plusieurs (dans notre cas les grands parents ont pu s'installer en toute indépendance au Pichot et partager le lieu de vie du Belvédère la journée). Une literie très confortable et un calme absolu (même les insomniaques de la famille ont bien dormi !). Bref un séjour parfait, nous y reviendrons !

La maison est hyper confortable, très connectée , super équipée (il manque juste des ciseaux et des couteaux de cuisine ) , les lits super confortables. La vue de la grande terrasse est magnifique. Le village lui même , que dire, on avait l'impression de se promener dans une crèche de Noël provençale! Nous avons toutes et tous beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et la gérante. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Magnifica casa
Tutto perfetto. La casa e’ strepitosa, super tecnologica, non manca nulla. L’abbiamo trovata pulita, in ordine e con tutte le indicazioni per un bellissimo soggiorno. Ognuno ha la propria privacy e là possibilità di entrare ed uscire senza disturbare gli altri.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil
Wir waren sechs Erwachsene und verbrachten eine Oktoberwoche in diesem sehr gepflegten Stadthaus in Bormes. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Darstellung und den Fotos im Reiseportal, wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist absolut top. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und konnten die Dachterrasse sehr genießen. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich herrlich und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick über Bormes und das Meer. Es ist wirklich eine sehr außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung!

Tiptop apartment, gorgeous view, perfect location in old Bormes
We stayed for two wonderful weeks in this fabulous, spacious apartment, perfectly located in old Bormes. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, and some more. We were very lucky with the weather, and could use the outstanding terrace for some hours every day, in spite of the season. We could just imagine what it would be like up there during the warmer season. Fantastic! It must be the largest terrace in Bormes, with almost 360 degree view over the old town, sea, vineyards, mountains and valleys. But the view was as fabulous from the living room, where we could enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the sea with the beautiful old roofs of Bormes in the foreground. Several times during our stay we were contacted by Madame Caroline Gutierrez asking if everything was ok. Great service! We will definitely be back!

We were a party of seven and the house had plenty of room and possibilities to spend time together and apart (we rented both parts of the house). The roof was amazing with stunning views and nice furniture. It even had an electric grill and was nicely shaded. The kitchen had every disirable piece of equipment. The bathrooms were new and very nice.
The only cons I see is that the bottom part of the house (separate) is a little dark (ok lighting is provided) and tends to be a bit humid.

Situated right in the middle La Village (the beautiful old part of town) close to the central square.
A 15 minute drive to the beach.
No supermarkets in town but four km away are good ones.
Parking is a five minute walk away and free.
The host Pierre and his helping hand on site Caroline were both extremely pleasant, eager to help and communication with Pierre via e-mail was quick. Caroline is not fluent in English (and I don’t speak French) but we managed fine anyway. She was very helpful and nice.

Fabulous apartment, great service, amazing views.
We booked both apartments for two weeks for a family holiday of mixed ages. We enjoyed the location, setting, views and all the mod cons you could possibly need. The roof terrace views are just so beautiful and the upper apartment has a lovely open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with two arched windows shaping and setting yet more wonderful views. The apartment is set back from the Main Street in a beautiful cobbled yard and is very peaceful. The two apartments were ideal as it provided space for the two families to spend time together as well as have our own space. The downstairs apartment has a spiral open metal vintage style staircase which leads to the master bedroom, which is nice and cool with a lovely shower. The apartments are both in excellent order and in the centre of Borme so everything is easily accessible. I'd definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

My friends and I enjoyed a truly wonderful and very memorable stay at Belvedere. Obviously the stunning location and great weather helped, but above all the house itself is really superb; the owners have catered for every possible need and provided every small detail to make staying there completely comfortable. We spent the majority of our time up on the roof terrace - we couldn't get enough of the panoramic view and it's the perfect setting for breakfast or a nice glass of chilled rosé!

I have stayed at 4 different rentals through Homeaway and this is my first review because this is the first 5 star review I can give (I don't want to be the person to negatively impact a person's business even though I rely on those reviews myself).
Anyway, we stayed here for a week and half in February and I cannot not say enough nice things. What I liked most about this place was that it felt like a home (as opposed to a sterile vacation rental) and had every modern convenience you could possibly think of- a dishwasher, a dryer, a soda stream, towel warmers etc. It is located right in the charming village on a pedestrian alley. You feel like you are stepping back into time until you enter this very modern, newly renovated home. The views are beyond stunning and the roof top terrace was incredible. I could go on and on.
The owner, Pierre, was so great to work with. He was very helpful and always got back to us quickly. I had been nervous about the stairs and the white furniture prior to our stay because we were traveling with a toddler. Pierre purchased baby gates to block the stairs and assured us that all of the furniture was washable. So it worked out perfectly.
The village itself is great. We were there in the off season so a lot of the shops weren't opened but that was to be expected. We did some nice walks in the village and drove to the nearby beaches and vineyards which were all beautiful. Despite being the middle of winter the weather was still pretty nice. We had a few rainy days which gave us an excuse to stay inside and take advantage of the apply tv.
I am not sure if we will be returning to France anytime soon but I loved this place so much that I really wish we could. I highly recommend it.
