First of all, the picture of the listing shows the owners house, not the rental (which is very deceiving) The rental is around the back of the house and is actually the basement of the main house. There is no sound insulation and you can hear everything from upstairs. The owner told us she had 4 cats and fed other feral cats in the yard. There was cat hair everywhere, in the apartment, on the beds and everywhere else. The place was filthy, I had to sweep cobwebs from the ceiling, and do a general clean up before we could stay even one night. It was very dark inside as well. Light bulbs burnt out which we told the owner who gave us light bulbs that we replaced. She called us while we were at a restaurant the first night to tell us that she was turning off our WIFI because she was afraid there may be a storm???? Second day, we came home to find her outside screaming at us for leaving lights on at night after leaving a nasty note on our door. Why was she looking in our windows at night ?? Third day she actually shut off electricity to the apartment completely....and only turned it back on when we told her we were going to the police. The woman is nuts!!!!! She clearly has mental health issues and I don't think she should be renting to the public. We did call VRBO and submitted pictures of the dirt, cobwebs, fleas and cat vomit on our doorstep. We were told they would get back to us. We're still waiting. Do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER rent this place.......

Jardin très agréable. Les chambres sont très agréables. La pièce à vivre est un peu petite, mais le beau temps nous a permis de bien profiter des extérieurs. La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces et d’une plage.

"appart "totally INDEPENDENT. it is on the ground floor. 3 terraces all with furniture (very cozy) 35m2-20m2-18m2 the property is located in the residential area of super -pyla. south, southwest exposure .Moulleau the essential feet, bicycle, skate, by the cycle track, same thing to go on Arcachon.
. . The linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels ect. For any request a photo file is provided, this one vs gives an exact idea of the good proposed. I vs wait in the middle of the pines! and calm down!
