Situated in Cauterets, this lovely condo for $98 per night is a great option for your next break. WARNING sheets are not provided in the rental. Only with a supplement of € 15 per bed at the request of the customer. Cleaning is extra if customers want € 50. We don't speak English or Spanish sorry. CONTACT ME AT 06. 72. 20. 27. 34 Independent apartment, with a small courtyard overlooking the mountain, sunny important in Cauterets, a simple but charming decoration, the holiday makers feel at home with us and it is a pledge of satisfaction we work in order to bring always more comfort and well-being to our customers. Good bedding to sleep well after long walks in the mountains or a good day of skiing. Chantal and Gérard offer you an apartment in their house, ideally located in the heart of the village of Cauterets. Leave your car in the parking lot, right in front of you, and take the ride. We live in our house or we have made available an independent apartment, but always with a little extra that makes us available to tell you the best walks the good restaurants that are in our village. We are simple people and always happy to receive families or couples on vacation in our beautiful Pyrenees.

Le petit appartement est bien aménagé et bien placé, seul petit bémol, la trentaine de marche à monter après une journée de balade, sinon tout le reste est ok.

Au top ! Séjour idyllique ;-)
Chantal et Gérard nous ont fait un accueil parfait.
Un village authentique, une station familiale.
Grâce aux œufs nous avons pu skier toute la semaine.
Le logement est situé dans le centre, à pied des commodités.
L appartement est confortable et bien équipé.
Nous reviendrons chez Chantal et Gérard dès que possible

We stayed at the property for a week.The owner met us on arrival.She doesn't speak much English and our French isn't good so a friend kindly translated for us.The apartment is close to the centre of the village on a quiet, pleasant square.Clean and tidy inside with a comfy bed. Kitchen has all you need . There is a little terrace for sitting on with a lovely view of the mountains . Cauterets is a pleasant town with plenty of walks in the area. We really liked the town and the area .A couple of issues we had - we understood from the owner there would be parking in front of the property but this was not the case.There are spaces on the square but they are always taken, but you can park to drop your things off. It was not a major problem for us as we parked in the free 24 hr car parks . However we feel we were a bit misled with this information as we did query parking before booking.Also where the listing says there is an additional charge for "house keeping " this actually means "end of stay cleaning ." If you don't pay the additional fee then the owner expects you to clean the apartment ready for the next guests .We were caught out by this .We left the apartment clean and tidy as we always do but the owner was most displeased with our efforts as she came in to check before we left . Communication on departure was an issue due to our lack of French and the owner's lack of English .Despite the above two issues overall we had a very pleasant stay at the apartment ,

Excellent accueil de la part de Chantal, disponible si besoin tout au long du séjour. Location petite mais fonctionnelle, propre et très bien située. Notre fille étant souffrante nous n’avons pas beaucoup profité du coin et avons écourté notre séjour mais nous reviendrons !
Par ailleurs commerçants et cabinet médical de Cauterets très agréable aussi.

Appartement très bien situé et spacieux
L'appartement est situé en centre ville, près des commerces et à proximité des thermes. Très bon accueil de nos hôtes et merci pour la tourte aux myrtilles, petite attention que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Un seul bémol, les marches pour accéder au logement. Sinon ce logement est à recommander.

Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin.
Tolle Wanderungen und etwas anspruchsvollere Spazierwege ohne Auto im Umfeld erreichbar.
Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, Terrasse hat tollen Blick in die Berge.
Nur dran denken: Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind nicht inkl., können aber über die Vermieterin geliehen werden.

If you are a serious hiker, check out the 'Course Des Refuges' which is a hiking/running race over 53 km. Wow! Run, don't walk to Cauterets!

Un accueil chaleureux avec une tourte aux myrtilles juste succulente !
Une location très propre et idéalement bien placée dans Cauterets.
Juste un petit bémol, une pièce à vivre un peu petite et un peu sombre.
Location que je recommanderai sans hésitation et un village qui mérite franchement de s'y attarder tant pour la beauté du site que pour la vie de village (d'excellents restaurants à essayer, une chocolaterie à tomber par terre et des petites boutiques à découvrir). Nous reviendrons très probablement. Merci

Les propriétaires sont très discrets et très serviables.
Appartement très propre, bien équipé.
Des petits plus à notre arrivée qui font penser que nous ne sommes pas juste des planches à billets. Cela fait longtemps que l'on n'a pas eu cette impression en louant chez un particulier.

Même s'il paraît un peu sombre à l'intérieur , l'accueil des propriétaires amène une lumière chaleureuse très importante.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes et discrètes. Le gîte est fonctionnel et propre, le seul petit bémol serait que du petit canapé nous ne pouvions pas regarder la télé. Mais ce n'ai qu'un petit détail.

Mignon appartement
Petit appartement agréable,bien situé, bien équipé, bien isolé (nous nous étions pas rendu compte que nous avions des voisins a coté alors qu'il y avait une famille..)
C'était la semaine entre Noël et 1er de l'an pas dérangé par le bruit alors qu'il se trouve en ville.
Propriétaires discrets, en clair bonne semaine et avec le beau temps !!

Location très agréable, très très propre. Salle de vie légèrement étroite, mais tout est bien organisé si le beau temps avait été là tout aurait été super.
Les propriétaires sont très avenants et donnent de bonnes indications de ballades.
Le site est aux pieds de belles promenades et ballades en montagne sans prendre la voiture, le seul bémol est de trouver une place pour cette dernière car les places proches de l'habitation sont limitées si on veut rentrer après 18 heures.
A refaire certainement et à conseiller aux marcheurs l'endroit est calme.et magnifique. J Henry, Mylan et Nicole 06.

Nous avons trouvé cette location : = très bien située dans Cauterets (pas besoin de prendre la voiture à chaque fois), petite place derrière l'église = Calme : tres bonne insonorisation = très propre : nous avons rarement vu une location aussi propre = très pratique : petit jardin à partager, bien fourni en electroménager Par ailleurs, les propriétaires sont gentils, à l'écoute et disponible pour des idées de ballades, etc.... Enfin, Cauterets est vraiment une ville de montage à découvrir.

Nous sommes allés deux années de suite dans cette location et nous y retournerons sans nous poser de question: l'appartement est très propre, pratique. Il est très bien placé dans le village: pas loin du centre sans avoir les désavantages du centre ville. En 3 minutes à pied, on est en plein centre ville. Tout cela sans parler des propriétaires qui sont des gens charmants, toujours prêts à répondre à vos questions. Un séjour à 100 réussi côté location.

Un séjour idéal dans un village extrêmement sympathique ! La location est bien placé dans le centre, mais à l'écart du bruit, les propriétaires sont incroyablement gentils, tout est fait pour chouchouter les vacanciers et on en profite bien. Ils connaissent également parfaitement la station, son historique et la région, je ne peux pas dire mieux... Merci pour tout.
