About this condo rental
Situated in La Turballe, this lovely condo for $149 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The apartment is located due south with direct access to the dune which overlooks the large beach of La Turballe, Blue Flag. 30 seconds from the beach. We are 10 minutes by car from Guérande, 1/4 hour from La Baule. Ideal for four/five people. It consists : - a living room on a 40m2 veranda opening onto a beautiful terrace and a sand garden. - a central island kitchen with a large snack counter and quality equipment: induction hob, dishwasher, multifunction combined microwave oven, hood, fridge with freezer compartments. - a bedroom for 2 people (140 bed) with office area. - a bedroom area (trundle bed 2*90) that can be closed with sliding doors - a boat cabin with a bed of 140 (2*70) low ceiling height. - a bathroom with large walk-in shower (120 cm), storage unit, electric towel dryer, lingerie area (washing machine, dryer) and toilet area. - an independent toilet - an entrance with wardrobe closet It is located in a luxury condominium with tennis and has a private parking lot. it will offer a relaxing stay with its direct access to the beach, the proximity of the salt marshes (200 m), the port and its shops (900 m). Rental from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 days. electricity and water charges extra. optional household linen and/or possible cleaning directly from the owner.

La maison est très bien équipée et lumineuse.

Top-Lage - ideal für Paare und große Familien
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. 1 vollwertiges Schlafzimmer, darüber hinaus sehr geschickt gebaute weitere Schlafplätze, so dass Familien auch mit 4 oder 5 Kindern hier sehr gut wohnen können. Lage unmittelbar am schönen Strand und nur 15 Gehminuten ins Zentrum nach La Turballe mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir haben uns knapp 3 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt.

Séjour parfait
Vraiment rien à redire. Tout est comme décrit. Le marché n'est pas loin et il la cuisine est très bien équipée pour pouvoir y préparer tous les fruits de mer frais du Croisic ou de la Turballe.
Très bon contact avec mes hôtes. Merci encore d'un séjour ou j'ai repris des forces et emmagasiner plein de magnifiques souvenirs....

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce logement très confortable pour deux adultes et trois enfants. Les enfants ont adoré les espaces nuits et la présence de multiple jeux de société. En tant qu’adultes, nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et tout le confort attendu. La localisation est idéale, proche de la mer. Centre accessible à pied pour les bons marcheurs et paysages aux alentours magnifiques. La communication avec Mme Judic a été très facile, elle est très agréable. Nous reviendrons en espérant y trouver une météo plus propice .

Tolles Haus in Traumlage
Wer Erholung und Ruhe am Meer sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Direkt hinter der Düne und nur ein paar Meter zum Strand gelegen. Windgeschützter Sandgarten mit großer Terrasse und Aussendusche. Das Haus ist großzügig, modern und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, und die Küche hat wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt in Top-Zustand. Zwei Kojenbetten (über eine Treppe erreichbar) sind besonders für Kinder toll.
Der lange Sandstrand lädt zum Spazierengehen und Baden ein. La Turballe ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen angenehm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolles Appartment
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Appartment verbracht. Es hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Trotz einer Woche mit Tempertaren um die 30°C konnte man es im Appartment immer gut aushalten. Die Ausstallung war großartig, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Und die Lage direkt hinter der Dühne mit Zugang zum Meer war einfach traumhaft, auch war die Entfernung zum Fischereihafen durchaus von Vorteil, da es dort nachts beim Entladen auch einmal lauter zuging - was aber in der Lage nicht mehr zu hören war. Insgesamt war die Lage zwischen Strandurlaub, aber auch vielen kulturellen Angeboten in direkter Umgebung ideal. Wir können das Appartment unbedingt weiter empfehlen - allerdings nicht für große Menschen, da die Betten nicht alle 2m Standardmaß haben. Aber für uns bis 1.8m war alles prima.

Très belle location et très bien située. Cet appartement convient très bien pour une famille. Accès direct à la plage depuis le jardin. La baignade peut être cependant difficile pour les enfants. (Il peut y avoir du courant)

Lumineux et très agréable l'appartement est équipé de ce qu"il faut. Très bien agencé, et moderne. Nous reviendrons, d'autant que les échanges avec la propriétaire étaient très rassurants et complets.

Appartement très agréable et arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage, très pratique quand on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture. Séjour reposant dans un environnement calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Mme Judic à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nette, freundliche Kommunikation (auf ENG und FRA, Appartment sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Allein die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, wer in Kojen und franz. Doppelbetten kuscheln möchte, den wird es freuen, sonst eher eng. Zu Zweit aber kein Problem.
Auch wenn nicht vermisst, kein deutscher Sender, trotz SAT Anlage mit über 300 Prg...Schade. Lage perfekt, 500m zu den Salinen, 20m zur MiniDüne und Strand.
1 km zum Ort und Geschäften / Restaurants. Parkplatz am Haus.

Paradis sur terre !
Nous venons de passer une superbe semaine dans cette petite maison de La Turballe. Parfaitement équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût on se croirait dans un magazine de deco ! Chambres style cabines de bateau, cuisine immense donnant sur un séjour spatieux sous véranda ultra lumineuse .. au bout de votre salon, un jardin fleuri adorable puis les dunes et la mer ... le rêve ! Environnement très calme et propriétaire très sympa et aux petits soins. J’ajouterais que la région est magnifique avec sa proximité des marais salants. On reviendra ! Merci encore pour ces belles vacances

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Terasse direkt zum Strand. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war professionell und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Localisation idéale, 10 min a pieds seulement du port et de ses restaurant
Le logement est idéal, pour un couple avec des enfants, ainsi que pour un groupe de jeunes adultes.
Très fonctionnel, il dispose de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin dans une location.
Literie très confortable et propre.
On peut entendre le bruit des vagues du jardin, ce qui peut être un plus, la plage de la turballe se trouvant a 100 m à peine du logement.
La propriétaire est très sympa et disponible en cas d'éventuels questions pendant votre séjour.
Appart vous dire que le cadre et magnifique, je ne voit pas d'inconveignents, je recommande !!! 😉

Location idéale!
Appartement magnifiquement aménagé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, éclairé par le soleil ou des lumières subtiles et de plus parfaitement équipé ( vous pouvez cuisiner, comme chez vous, si le cœur vous en dit).
On peut aller, directement par la plage, chercher le pain,... etc au village de la Turballe.
Le stationnement est facile dans la résidence. Et pour ajouter à tout cela, l'emplacement est intéressant, proche de la Baule (superbe marché de producteurs), et des marais salants (un régal pour les couchers de soleil et pour observer les aigrettes, avocettes, hérons...).
Enfin un accueil chaleureux et de délicates attentions. Vous aurez compris, nous sommes prêts à y retourner dès que l'occasion se présentera.
