SUPER
Studio vraiment impeccable, parfaitement équipé dans un quartier calme et vert mais proche du centre. C'est d'ailleurs la 5ème fois que je le loue, la dernière fois pendant 1 mois. Et qui plus est, les proprios, Agnès et Michel sont très sympathiques. Vraiment à conseiller .

Le Sud tranquille
Heureux de notre séjour dans le studio d'Agnès et Michel, qui sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Pour une location tranquille à Montpellier, nous recommandons cette adresse. Tout correspond à ce qui est proposé, et, dans le logement, très propre, il ne manque rien. La situation est idéale, il faut 10 mn. en tramway pour être au centre ville avec, en plus, tous les commerces dans un rayon de 300 m.. Le lieu est calme, pratique pour une grasse mat'... C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons, mais pas la dernière... Agnès et Hubert

Super Séjour
Super séjour pour la seconde fois chez Agnès et Michel, des hôtes toujours aussi accueillants et sympathiques. L'appartement est très confortable, rien ne manque. Très bien situé, il se trouve dans un endroit calme, proche du parc Méric mais la proximité du tram permet de tout faire facilement à Montpellier au centre ville sans voiture. Le jardin fleuri est un plus dans lequel il fait bon prendre du repos après une journée bien remplie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sans-souci à Montpellier
Charmant, serviable, chaleureux, sympathique, prévenant, disponible et très discret, ce sont les adjectifs les plus appropriés à Agnès et Michel. J’ai passé dix mois à Montpellier et j’ai habité dans ce parfait studio avec plaisir. Je suis très reconnaissant à Agnès et Michel pour leur serviabilité pendant les derniers mois.
Le studio, idéal pour un couple, est équipé excellemment et je n‘ai pas manqué une chose. Puis, d’un coté j’ai bénéficié du lieu central du studio, de l’autre il est situé dans un coin très calme et agréable.
Se reposer après une excursion fatigante dans la roseraie magnifique de Agnès et Michel est très profitable.
«Mille grazie» encore une fois, Agnès et Michel ! L’année dernière était merveilleuse et j’ai profité beaucoup de votre générosité et de votre amitié !

Accueil et prestations irréprochables
Charmant accueil de cette famille très serviable, chaleureuse et discrète. Le studio est d'une propreté impeccable, situé au calme, mais à quelques minutes de marche seulement du centre ville (on peut aussi prendre le tramway en bas de la rue). A deux pas du parc Méric, véritable havre de paix et de verdure le long du Lez. Les plages ne sont qu'à une quinzaine de kilomètres, accessibles en tramway + bus ou en voiture. Supermarché à côté ainsi que quelques commerces de proximité à moins de cinq minutes de marche (boulangerie, épicerie, pizzéria, journaux...)
Location idéale pour découvrir la ville, nous la recommanderons fortement à nos amis et famille.

Deux séjours successifs à Montpellier pour raisons médicales s'annonçaient assez stressants. Néanmoins le calme et le confort de ce charmant studio parfaitement agencé ont grandement contribué à adoucir mon séjour. Un vrai petit cocon avec toutes les facilités à proximité : transports, commerces ... Et que dire de l'accueil chaleureux et des gentilles attentions dont Michel et Agnès ont fait preuve à mon égard. Super Urlaub!
Wir ( junges Paar 19 & 21 Jahre) waren für 2 Wochen in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und hat eine schöne Terasse auf der man abends gut sitzen konnte. Der Supermarkt ist gerade einmal 100 m entfernt und nach Montpellier, eine wirklich schöne Stadt, ist es auch zu Fuß nicht weit.
Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Lage der Wohnung. In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet etwas außerhalb und nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von den Vermietern, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind, haben wir tolle Ausflugstipps bekommen.

Petite location très fonctionnelle d'une rare propreté et très bien équipée , rien ne manquait.
Endroit très calme,on se croirait à la campagne, malgré la proximité de toutes commodités : Tram, Commerces ..
Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un super soleil pour un mois de Mars ce qui fait apprécier la petite terrasse au milieu d'un ardinet très bien entretenu et fleuri.
Merci à Nos hôtes qui ont sût être tout à la fois discrets et attentifs à nos divers demandes.
Dommage d'avoir dû écourté notre séjour, mais si je devais relouer à Montpellier ou conseiller une location ce serait ICI sans hésitation +++

Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds à savoir supermarché, boulangerie, banques, pharmacie et surtout le tram. Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu visiter la belle ville qu'est Montpellier ainsi que sa belle région mon séjour était professionnel.

Un accueil des plus chaleureux, des gens très sympathiques, pour un séjour juste parfait dans cette charmante ville.
Je recommande vivement cet appart, calme, tres propre, super bien équipé, et tout simplement en parfait état.
A 300m du tram, 500m d'un carrefour, 10min de la place de la Comédie et dans un quartier très calme, ce studio saura en ravir plus d'un.

Oasis de paix
À 15 minutes seulement du centre de Montpellier, par le tram 2, un environnement naturel privilégié, apaisant et rafraichissant ou l'on n'entend que le chant des cigales. Un appart climatisé confortable et bien équipé ; des hôtes obligeants et attentionnés.
Bref, un endroit à retenir pour un séjour des plus agréables dans cette ville élégante.

Le rêve !
Agnès et Michel nous ont reçus très chaleureusement avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Très prévenants, très disponibles mais aussi très discrets, ils nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour plein de calme et de sérénité.
Le studio est parfait, impeccablement équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque absolument rien, tout y est (2 TV, Clim, WIFI gratuit, etc…), comme chez soi et même mieux que chez soi…! Sa situation idéale permet des déplacements en centre-ville (Tramway à 300 m) en moins de 10 mn et de rejoindre les grands axes routiers (A9, A75 et accès aux plages en 15 mn). Proche de commerces et de toutes les commodités, il est situé dans un quartier calme et très recherché de Montpellier (Aiguelongue), et du parc verdoyant de Méric (5 mn à pied) en bordure du Lez.
Pour les amateurs de vélo, les promenades au nord de Montpellier, dans la garrigue et vers le Pic Saint-Loup permettent de découvrir des paysages magnifiques.
Nous y avons séjourné 3 semaines. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la petite terrasse aménagée complétant idéalement le studio et profiter du très agréable jardin fleuri.
Merci encore Agnès et Michel pour votre accueil et votre sympathie. C’était parfait à tous points de vue. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

A Montpellier pour raisons professionnelles, j'ai passé 4 semaines dans ce studio. Petit mais aménagé avec goût, lumineux et très pratique (il ne manque rien !), il est situé dans un quartier très agréable de Montpellier, très calme, près d'un parc et à deux pas du tramway. Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui doit être bien agréable aux beaux jours.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants tout en étant discrets et je recommande vivement cette location où je retournerai avec plaisir.

Venue travailler dans la région pour une semaine, j'ai passé d'excellents moments dans ce petit appartement, situé dans l'un des plus joli quartier de Montpellier, non loin d'un verdoyant parc et à quelques minutes du centre-ville par le tramway. Le calme du site, doublé de l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, ont rendu ce séjour très agréable.

J'ai fait cette résa pour accueillir mes parents de Bretagne pendant l'accouchement de ma moitié (mon chez moi reste trop petit). La proximité des hopitaux leur a permis d'arriver avant nous le jour de la naissance de mon garçon. Ils ont pu bien profiter d'un endroit calme pour se reposer, et même de la plage pour lézarder au soleil de janvier(il y en a peu vers chez eux!). Je ne suis pas allé sur site, mais ils m'ont dit avoir été bien reçus, et que le studio était bien équipé et très propre. Pour les courses, ils ont fait leur bonheur au centre commercial et supermarché. L'an prochain, je crois que je réserverai là encore si c'est dispo.

Nous avons loué ce studio pour 1 long weekend, et tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. L'appartement est très bien équipée, et décoré avec gout. Située à quelque minutes du centre de Montpellier, cette location est idéal pour visiter la ville ou pour rester au calme. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances et c'est ici que nous retournerons sans hésiter!
