About this house rental
Lovely contemporary semi-detached house of 70 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people, located in a calm environment and accessible by a little-used small path. Its privileged location offers breathtaking views of the Iroise Sea and Béniguet Island, whilst the coastline and Porsliogan beach are only 200 metres away and easily accessible on foot.
On the ground floor, you will discover a pleasant bright living area comprising a dining space with a table and six chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge equipped with two leather sofas, a coffee table, and a television for your relaxation.
The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and deep fryer. An additional dining area with a standing table and four high chairs completes this convivial space.
A first bedroom located on the ground floor has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, two bedside tables, a television and a large dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with glass panels, a vanity unit, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The toilets are separate.
On the first floor, the second bedroom benefits from a magnificent sea view. It is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a chest of drawers, integrated storage, a television and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom offers a double bed of 140 x 200 cm, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a television and vast storage space. A folding travel cot is also provided.
A second WC completes the first floor.
The house has two furnished terraces: one facing the sea to fully enjoy the panorama, the other located on the side of the house with an outdoor barbecue. Each is equipped with a table and benches, offering an ideal setting for outdoor meals and summer evenings.

- 2 km from the fishing port and embarkation point, departure point for Ouessant and Molène islands and sea discovery excursions.
- 1.7 km from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.
- 210 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 600 m from Portez fine sand beach.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend und verfügt über einen unverbauten Meerblick. In dem Haus findet man alles vor was man braucht. Einziges Manko ist der nicht vorhandene W-LAN Zugang und ausschließlich französisches Fernsehen. Die Rezeption vor Ort war sehr nett und hat sich zeitnah um alles gekümmert. Allein allem kann man das Objekt weiterempfehlen.
