The house is located in a large tropical garden where you can admire all kinds of flowers, orchids and fruit trees

The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to admire the landscape while cooking
The room on the ground floor opens onto 2 verandas and allows the rest while enjoying the view, that of the floor also has its bathroom
Next to the second bedroom, a small bed serves as an extra bed

The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We communicated in French. The person who greeted us at the house and looked after us, Rosy, was also very welcoming and responsive to our needs. She even made dinner for us the first night as the store in the nearby town wasn't open on Sunday. The traditional style house was comfortable with beautiful surroundings and view. Kitchen had everything we needed and the wifi worked well. However the road to the house is difficult to find and the final 200 meters up to the house is a narrow, mostly unpaved trail. Important to be prepared. House is in a rural area, with no restaurants nearby, so we prepared our dinner each night at the house and enjoyed the garden and the view.

We had a lovely time at Vivianne's house. The house is a bit out of the way inland, which makes it very quiet.
The garden is extremely large and really beautiful, you can relax on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the garden. A little special feature: you can see fireflies at dusk.

This villa is set in an extensive tropical garden with long views to the south and east. It is a superb place from which to explore the north and east of the island. In particular, you will see real Martinique here, not the touristy areas around the beaches in the south. I would strongly recommend it to people who wish to get to know Martinique, its people, culture, tropical vegetation and hilly landscapes.
