Nestled in Le Havre, this lovely house for $107 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The calm of the countryside close to the city. Spacious cottage with all comfort and refined decoration. * * * Maintained terrace and private garden. Garden furniture / Barbecue. Owners working on site, therefore very available. 3 min from shops. On site, ponies, song, horse riding, hiking. 15 minutes from the beaches of Le Havre or Saint-Jouin-de-Bruneval. 25 minutes from the cliffs of Etretat, 25 minutes from Honfleur. 45 minutes from Deauville. Information: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the presence of your animals in our gîte (although we own them ourselves). If you accidentally forget this little detail ... A flat rate of € 15 per day spent here would be required ... Thanks for your understanding...

We really enjoyed our stay in this little piece of paradise. The pictures don't give justice to the beautiful farm with all the animals and fascinating history.
The apartment is very comfortable and well stacked with everything needed. We even got to grill outside!
Special thanks to the gracious hosts for accommodating our late arrival and also showing all the hidden gems of the property.

Ruhig und erholsam
Dies ist ein Ort, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Die Tiere, vor allem die Hunde, haben unseren Kindern gut getan. Raphael und Laurant haben immer geholfen. Dank Google Übersetzer war dies auch möglich. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und an den Strand braucht man ein Auto, aber damit ist alles recht schnell zu erreichen.

Très agréable !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gîte est très agréable et fonctionnel, l’environnement verdoyant et quelques animaux se baladent pour la plus grande joie de notre petit, il est proche de plusieurs sites à visiter dans la région, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques… rien à dire de plus, c’était tout ce que nous attendions et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre passage en Normandie.

Sehr erholsam und ruhiger Landhof
Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Dennoch ist man sehr gut an das Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Le Havre erreicht man daher schnell, der Hof liegt gleichzeitig sehr ländlich. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich. Sie wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück, verhalten sich aber diskret und angenehm zurückhaltend. Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wer Angst vor Hunden hat, gerät evtl. etwas in Stress. Die Hunde laufen frei und sind neugierig. Aber letztlich friedlich. Merci pours touts.

Excellent séjour dans un gîte très confortable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre bébé de 16 mois. Le gîte possède tous les équipements nécessaires (y compris pour bébé ).
Le chant du coq et les chevaux dans la propriété ajoutent au charme du lieu !
L'accueil a été très chaleureux et Raphaële et Laurent ont été adorables et très réactifs à la moindre question.
La localisation permet de découvrir très facilement Le Havre, Etretat et Honfleur, et Montivilliers a un grand marché le jeudi matin !
Nous recommandons les.yeux fermés.

Toller, entspannter Familienurlaub
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete, kleine Ferienwohnung. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen und sehr wohl. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Sehr interessant war die Führung des Hausherrn über den Hof mit sämtlichen Erklärungen zu den noch vorhandenen Bunkern und den Ereignissen des 2. Weltkriegs. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber ideal für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Gerenoveerde stal op platteland bij Le Havre
Een prachtig gerenoveerd pand op een groen terrein om de hoek bij Le Havre. Goede bedden. Fijne indeling van de woning, ook ten opzichte van de 2 andere vakantie-woningen (in hetzelfde gebouw, maar zo aangelegd dat je veel privacy hebt). Mooi ingericht en goed onderhouden. Zeer gezellige gastheer/-dame. In deze zeer warme week kisten we wel een klamboe of horren. De kinderen (11 en 7 jaar) genoten van de dieren en de ruimte op het terrein.

Accueillant, parfait pour les enfants. On déjeune en regardant les chevaux à 2 m de la fenêtre et les poules qui se baladent dehors.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte très agréable. Toutefois il semble y avoir eu un problème avec Abritel car la réservation n’avait pas été signifiée aux propriétaires.

Ruhe und Erholung
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 14, 16 und 16) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig und dennoch günstig gelegen. Es war sehr sauber, und sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Familie Dutot ist super nett.
Auch wenn wir nur eine Woche da waren, konnten wir viel unternehmen und die Normandie erkunden.

Tolle Unterkunft
Es war eine hervorragendes Urlaubsdomizil. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber nicht allzu weit entfernt von Einkaufsmoglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es erforderlich war. Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Gerne wieder.

wunderbar, ruhig, authentisch
Wir waren mit drei Kindern (4, 7, 10) für 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Man kann es nicht anders sagen: es war wundervoll. Der Hof ist ruhig gelegen, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für Ausflüge in viele Normandie-Gegenden (Etretat, D-Day, Rouen) ist die Unterkunft optimal gelegen. Alles war sauber und das, was man braucht ist da. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Auch mit nur wenigen Französischkenntnissen kann man sich gut verständigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Kinder vermissen den Hofhund und die drei Pferde/ Ponnys. Die Eltern vermissen die Ruhe und die Gelassenheit, die der Hof ausstrahlt. Im Übrigen ist die Normandie wirkliche eine Reise wert. Sicherlich gibt es auch touristische Zentren, aber auf den Nebenwanderwegen ist man herrlich allein und es ist wunderbar. Unser Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert! Auch den Cidre kosten, den Herr Dutot selbst herstellt. Herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Nous avons été très contents de ce séjour et nous recommencerons volontier. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants. Ils répondent très rapidement aussi. Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons été surclassés à l'arrivée vers le plus grand gîte donc très belle surprise. Nous avons eu une visite sur place des boomkers très intéressant. Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés avec le chien des propriétaires. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Alles war so vorhanden wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben.
Die Schlafsituation möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Tolle Matratzen und wunderbare Ruhe auf dem Hof.
Die Vermieter sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig für Ausflüge an die Küste und ins Hinterland.
Diesen Ort kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Komfortabler Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen
Wir waren drei Wochen in diesem Quartier und haben es als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge genutzt, weil es hierfür sehr günstig liegt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch der Schlafbereich war ausreichend komfortabel und wir können uns vorstellen, dass man sehr gut auch mit Kindern hier Urlaub machen kann, zumal auf dem Hof auch ein Pony, ein Hund und zahlreiche Hühner leben. Das Quartier ist eins von drei Häusern, die für Feriengäste genutzt werden, was sich jedoch nicht als störend erwies.
Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man sollte aber unbedingt etwas französisch sprechen können, um sich zu verständigen. Auch die Produkte aus dem Hofladen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything works and the shower is large enough for anyone. The kitchen is well put together and clean. In fact, the whole place is clean and neat. Bed linens are in excellent shape and bath towels are new and fluffy. It's in the country so it's quiet, though a cock crows you awake in the morning if you are a very light sleeper. The area around the the farm is lush and green, or in some places freshly plowed as this is farm country. Raphaele welcomed us into the gite and made dinner reservations for us at a small restaurant - La Fontaine Fleurie, well worth a visit - in a neighboring village 6 or 7 kilometers away.
We had a little trouble getting to L'Air du Champ farm. One portion of the road near a radio or communications tower appears to be for service vehicles only. If you're traveling north at this point, just drive about 200 meters and you'll be off the service road and very near the farm. We didn't take this service road at first and we really should have just driven it. In any case, it was well worth the effort to find the farm a to stay a couple of days. We recommend it.

Sehr lohnenswertes Ziel, paradiesischer Hof, Erholung garantiert
Wir haben zwei Wochen in Montivilliers verbracht und können sowohl die Gastgeber als auch die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Paradiesischer Hof, in mitten von Maisfeldern, dennoch zentral gelegen, allerdings wäre man ohne Auto etwas aufgeschmissen. Idealer Ort, um auch nach den Tagesausflügen zu entspannen, gerne wieder „nach Hause“ zu fahren. Man kann in direkter Umgebung sehr schöne kleine Städte und verschiedenste Arten von Stränden besuchen. Idealer Ort für eine Familie, wir sind selbst mit drei Kindern da gewesen und auch die drei haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Tür auf, raus, erholen! So anderes Highlight: drei hofeigene Pferde und viele freilaufende Hühner. Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, top Zustand, gute Aufteilung, schöner Außenbereich, je nach Wunsch privat auf der eigenen Terrasse oder vor der Haustür im "Hofgetümmel". Kleiner Hofladen, ausgesprochen nettes Ehepaar welches im Haupthaus wohnt. Wir würden in jedem Falle sofort wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank für den schönen, familiären Urlaub.

The gite is very nicely furnished, extremely tasteful. WiFi is good. We enjoyed comfortable beds and quality bedding. Location is very quiet with chickens running round, which is lovely. I'd booked it partly because I thought the karaoke barn would be a bit of fun for us, but apparently you can only use it on Friday evenings, so we missed out. I wouldn't have booked the gite, however, if I had known about the cleaning policy - I don't recall there being anything on the page when I booked that the property had to be cleaned thoroughly for the next people, as I wouldn't have booked on that basis. I rejected others because of this. We were only there less than 36 hours and had an early ferry, so mopping floors was never going to be part of our plan. We only ever got one email months ago to confirm the booking, and nothing after that, so whether there was a subsequent one we should have received that told us this, I don't know. But having to stump up 50 euros as we were leaving as a cleaning fee left us with a sour taste. The owners don't speak English. We have enough French to get by. Enough to know that we weren't told of this on arrival either. If you are happy to spend time cleaning, this gite is undoubtedly a good choice.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce gîte, dans la campagne havraise, au calme. Gîte bien équipé, joliment décoré.
Bon accueil.
Toutefois, un 2ème barbecue serait le bienvenu car actuellement il n'y a qu'un seul BBQ commun avec le gîte mitoyen, ce qui n'est pas facile à gérer quand les 2 gîtes sont occupés ce qui a été le cas pour nous.
Pour un long séjour, une machine à laver le linge serait également bienvenue.

(Fast) PERFEKTE FERIENWOHNUNG und gute Basis für einen Normandie-Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und exzellent ausgestattet - von der Mikrowelle bis zum WLAN-Anschluss. Drei marginale Kritikpunkte: 1) Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte höher sein. 2) Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht leicht zu finden (sie liegt auf einem Bauernhof, dessen Hausnummer unser durchaus aktualisiertes TomTom nicht fand, also unbedingt eine Anfahrtskizze ausdrucken und mitnehmen!). 3) Anders als in Deutschland üblich, ist die Endreinigung nicht im Preis inbegriffen (50 Euro zusätzlich).
Die Lage ist zugleich ruhig und naturnah, aber auch mit ganz kurzem Weg zur Autobahn. Stadte wie Le Havre, Honfleur oder Deauville sind schnell erreichbar (die eindrucksvolle Fahrt über den Pont de Normandie ist allerdings kostenpflichtig). Die Vermieter sind ebenso freundlich wie hilfsbereit - man sollte allerdings das Nötigste auf Französisch sagen können. Der Bauernhof hat während der deutschen Besatzung im 2. Weltkrieg eine Rolle gespielt, mehrere Bunkeranlagen auf dem Gelände bezeugen das. Ein Bunker ist zum Gesangsstudio ausgebaut worden - sympathischer lässt sich so ein Bauwerk kaum nutzen! Auf dem frei zugänglichen Gelände trifft man überall auf Hühner mit ihren Küken, auf einen freundlichen Hund sowie interessante Pflanzen. Cidre und Apfelsaft aus hauseigener Produktion kann man vor Ort kaufen.
Fazit: Hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, entspannte Atmosphäre, Ausstattung auf hohem Niveau, nette Vermieter. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Très agréable séjour!
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend. Très bon accueil. Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût (correspond complètement au descriptif), très au calme. Mais proche des lieux à visiter. Juste un petit bémol peut-etre, mais rien de grave: que le jardin ne soit pas fermé, donc les chiens peuvent y entrer. Les enfants n´ont pas osé jouer au ballon ;-)
Trés intéressant: La visite des blockhaus proposée sur place!!
Une maison que nous conseillons absolument. Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers.
