Away from Tui: in a park, but with some other houses nearby. There is a seating area right outside the apartment.
The refrigerator did not have a freezer/ice-making capability. The loft was disappointing: (a) exceedingly hot (the wall AC unit only heats the lower level); (b) tiny access hole in the ceiling extremely difficult to get through and a bit dangerous; (c) no upstairs light switch (have to go downstairs to turn it off). The laundry offered is not self-service.

The location, quite peaceful. The concept in a general term.
The total lack of presence from someone from the facility. A reception always closed. The ran down finishings of the inside of the suite, of most furniture, the lack of minimal comfort...
An interesting concept but very poorly taken through... It needs a strong revamp.
