It’s central location was the reason we booked , but it was surprisingly spacious and the addition of secure parking space was a bonus.

As a group we had more than one car so additional parking would have been useful .

It was a nice and comfortable stay, staff were helpful and responsive.

It it spacious, centrally located and very convenient to get around. The apartment was clean and with good amenities.

The beds could have been more firm ( personal preference). Also there was no air conditioning / fans, which would be helpful as we see more hotter weather

A nice centrally located apartment but hard to find.

It was in a central location, had a lovely outdoor area where we sat and had our breakfast each morning.

it was so hard to find, the postcode didn’t even come up on the satnav and three taxi drivers had trouble locating it! Directions provided could have been clearer.

spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable, great service from letting people. stay in Cheltenham a lot and this was nicest apartment we’ve used.

some street noise at 2am but probably inevitable in the city centre on a Saturday night.

A very comfortable stay with my friends, loved the modern open kitchen and sitting room.

The open kitchen and sitting room was very comfortable.

There was no table top cloth to wipe down any food or spills on the table. The heating was quite hot, could have been kept lower. We had to do that for every room.

spacious , outside area, plenty of indoor seating for 6 or 7 people. plenty of work space, full length mirrors, modern , light

not many kitchen itencils of you want to eat in. patio door difficult to open. also I would give a few instructions in opening the safe box.

A fabulous weekend enhanced by this exceptional property

Ultra clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Comfortable beds (we used all the bedrooms) towels thick and absorbent with toiletries provided. Welcome extras such as bedroom fans (we are experiencing a heatwave at the moment) washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea, coffee, sugar etc. It was just perfect! An added bonus is the terrace with quality outdoor furniture. The managing agents were extremely helpful, professional and responded immediately to any queries. Thank you 🙏 Jade and team

A second parking space would have been great especially for a three bedroomed property.

A smashing property in a superb location. The accommodation was clean and modern. We had a super stay, thank you!

The visit was great - we really enjoyed staying in the property. Please make sure the welcome pack is accessible. We couldn't find this and were unsure where to leave waste on leaving.

Toaster didn’t work. No grill pan handle. Bathroom door sticking - needs easing. Sticky residue on some of the table mats.

Great apartment in a central location

Situated in the centre of Cheltenham with secure parking. Very clean, spacious and uncluttered with a nice outdoor space.

Fans not working in the bathroom or extract for cooker. Noisy door to bathroom. Was some outside noise from the street in the night but to be expected due to central location.

Spacious Apartment, Great Location

Good size rooms - especially the master bedroom and en suite. Lovely balcony with a view over the roof tops to the green hills. Great location- short walk to Main Street

Being so close to town meant there was a bit of noise from the street

A great place to stay, we will return.

The Apartment was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for a wander into town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafe's close by.

The fans did not work in the bathrooms.
