About this house rental
Nestled in Perros-Guirec, this attractive house for $123 per night is a great option for your next break. Charming wooden house located 600 m from the city center and 300 m from the beach of Trestrignel (one of the main beaches of Perros-Guirec) and Pors ar Goret (small sandy beach in a quiet area). The house can accommodate 5 holidaymakers, has two bedrooms, a beautiful flower garden in a property with trees and with sea views. The house, facing south, is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace and all modern comforts. In winter, the wood stove will warm your evenings ... in summer, the barbecue will brighten up ... We have an umbrella bed for the little ones and a high chair. SECURITY 500 EUROS.

The house is located 15 min by foot from the village center and 10 min from the bay (by foot). The footpath to the bay is somewhat steep but easily manageable. The landlords are one of the nicest folks we ever met. The house is perfectly equipped and the surrounding was absolutely calm during our two weeks stay (September 2023). Alexandra and her husband speak English very well. The only thing to note is that the upper floor with the bedrooms is connected by a spiral staircase which may be not suitable for guests with walking disabilities. The garden is wonderful and the guest area there separated by hedges from the rest of the grounds. We can highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay at Perros-Guirec.

We had a wonderful stay in Alexandra's cottage. It was clean and comfortable within a short walking distance of the beauitiful beaches and "centre ville". Great place for walkers along the Bretagne coast line. Alexandra communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks !

Eine tolle Woche in der Bretagne
Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es lag sehr ruhig in einer Seitengasse, war hervorragend ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und verströmte ein bezauberndes Flair. Die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für Gäste mit mangelnder Mobilität kann die Treppe in Obergeschoß(Schlafräume) ein Problem sein.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und werden sicher wieder kommen !

What a great place to enjoy the holiday! We had a warm welcome from Alex. We loved the house, the beautiful garden and the view of the sea. The house is cosy, clean and complete. The garden is well maintained and private. From the house it is a short walk to the center of the town.

Il y a toujours des photos pour avoir une idée mais le voir et l'apprécier, c'est beaucoup mieux.
Un séjour qui baigne de lumière dans une ambiance très chaleureuse et cocoone. Du matin au soir, la luminosité est présente, rien ne manque, même le couteau à huîtres est là. Un calme reposant, un jardin magnifique et une vue 🤩. Nous remercions notre hôte est toujours à l'écoute et bienveillante. L'emplacement permet de partir à pieds pour le centre ville ou la plage. C'est une excellente adresse que nous partageons avec nos amis. Alors n'hésitez pas 👍🏻

Très bon séjour chez Alexandra. Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille à l’occasion des vacances de Noël. La maison est vraiment très agréable, le bois donne une ambiance chaleureuse. Vue mer très appréciable au réveil notamment. La cuisine est bien équipée. La literie est confortable.
L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la côte de granit rose, à quelques minutes de la belle plage de Trestrignel.
Alexandra est très accueillante et disponible. Elle nous a recommandé les spot à voir. Il y a de la documentation sur place :)

Schönes Ferienhaus in Perros-Guirec
Wir haben zu zweit sehr schöne Tage Ende September in dem gemütlichen Holzhaus in ruhiger Lage in Perros-Guirec verbracht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Zu dem Haus gehört ein Parkplatz in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und wir haben oft im Garten, von dem aus man das Wasser sehen kann, oder am schönen Esstisch im Wohnzimmer gegessen. Ins Zentrum und zu den Stränden von Perros-Guirec sind wir meistens zu Fuß gegangen. Auch die imposante rosa Granitküste kann man fußläufig von dem Haus aus erreichen. Wegen der steilen Treppe in den ersten Stock des Hauses sollte man auch gut zu Fuß sein. Die Holzwände machen das Haus etwas hellhörig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

... mais toute proche du centre et des superbes paysages de la côte de granit rose, on a tout aimé dans cette maison où on est accueillis comme des invités. Il ne manque absolument rien pour un super séjour.

Alexandra est une hôtesse charmante et très à l'écoute de ses invités.
Le logement est magnifique, bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, coin buanderie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge) et décoré avec goût .
Le tout au milieu d'un jardin luxuriant avec, en prime, une sublime vue mer à votre réveil....
Seul petit bémol sur l'insonorisation de la maison entre le haut et le bas mais cela reste anecdotique.
Perros-Guirec est le point de départ d'une belle découverte de la région.
Ce breizh bol d'air à été le bienvenue dans ce contexte sanitaire compliqué.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et encore mille merci à Alexandra pour tous les services rendus.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la vue sur la baie de Perros-Guirec, toujours changeante avec les marées,
la végétation environnante (jardin luxuriant),
le confort de la maison : il ne manque rien !
la propreté et l'ambiance sereine,
l'emplacement idéal pour les balades,
et l'excellent accueil et la disponibilité d'Alexandra en amont et pendant notre séjour.

Quel plaisir après une ballade vivifiante en bord de mer ( à 2 pas ou plus loin), de savoir que l'on rentre dans une location agréable, confortable et chaleureuse ! Le jardin est sublime et pour couronner le tout, l'hôte est charmante et attentionnée.

Schöne große, helle und gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Nette Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung (Cidre, Creppes, Baguette). WLAN/WiFi leider nicht brauchbar - das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Ort und Strand ca. 20 MInuten zu Fuß
entfernt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung.
