Very nice design, fresh and peaceful property with front and back gardens. Staff was very friendly. Perfectly clean all around. Majority of the things we needed were present in the house. Very close to the beach, major supermarkets and some restaurants. All were few minutes walking distance. Public bus, line 513 available from Olbia Airport, for few euros, and takes 1hour 15minutes.
The sea that is walking distance to the property was smelly, bubbly and not clean during entire of our stay. Therefore, we rented a car to drive further away for swimming. We are visiting Sardinia three years in a row now, and unfortunately the sea at this place was one of the worst. The governor of Budoni should inspect where from this dirty water is coming from causing the smell and bubbles. And lastly the mosquitoes were there everyday; this must be due to the river close by that is not flowing. We didn't have mosquito problem at our other accommodations. We solved these 2 problems by renting a car and mosquito repellents (or wear long sleeves and pants...).

Very nice staff and supportive.
Good value for money.
House is not luxury but you can find inside all you need.
In one room they did not have air conditioning and it was very hot. We could not keep the door open because small baby need to be quiet and it was very hot.
