.Apartment 28 m2 with WIFI and secure garage, not overlooked, sea view, just above the water, on the first floor, suitable for 2 people or a family with 2 children. It was completely renovated in 2918, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine., lounge area with sofa bed, flat screen TV, bathroom with shower, independent bedroom with new bedding in 2019 and window. very quiet building, no vehicle traffic, beach 2 mins away by pedestrian access. Supermarket 5 minutes away, bus at 1 euro at the entrance to the Cerbère residence in Perpignan.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Mme Muzas est très accueillante. Apparemment est très bien équipé avec la magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous y retournerons très certainement avec grand plaisir!
