This modern and bright beach house is located just 800m from Whangamata beach and 50m from the nine hole local golf course and is ideally suited for multiple families and friends. The unique 'two-wing' layout offers two separate self contained living areas (featuring kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms) which are joined by a central hosting hub - a covered deck area with large bar, seating and separate kitchen facilities. The property comes kitted out for holiday bliss with mod cons throughout, large sand pit, kids swings and trampoline, beach trolley, fully fenced, bikes, BBQ and outdoor woodfire with hotplate. Just a short walk or drive from the ever popular Whangamata town centre renowned for it's shopping and eateries. Special conditions: Pets only allowed with prior approval Families preferred Own linen required 10% off for stays of 10 days or longer Arrive from 2pm, vacate by 11am Smoking allowed outside only NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Lovely having plenty of room, the grandchildren loved their first S'more experience with the outdoor oven, even though we couldnt swim at the beach, the pools are only a 5 minute walk. Really enjoy this property ☺️

The two independent houses joined by a covered entertaining area is perfect for a large group or parents with older teenagers. Great location with a flat 10 minute walk to the surf club and the same to the town centre. Very private and well kitted out. Excellent communication the the owner. Highly recommended.

Enjoy our mid winter stay at this property. It was cold outside, but the heaters provided kept both wings toastie warm. Comfy living and beds. The teenagers had the 2nd wing and we couldn't hear them! It was great for us to all recharge our batteries. Definitely revisit some time.

We had a fantastic stay! Great location, lovely and clean with everything we needed and more. Loved the set up of the house, perfect for a large family group with children. The sand pit, swing set and trampoline were a hit with the kids and the front deck was perfect for drinks and dinner at the end of the day. This property is well stocked with everything we needed for 2 year olds to adults. A really relaxing stay with plenty of room and sitting space, really loved the large middle area with shade for the sun and shelter if there is bad weather.
