Location idéalement placée, dans un cadre magnifique. Maison très bien équipée. Michel est très disponible et très soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. Excellente adresse!!

Our summer holidays in Escalet were great! The house has a very nice and quiet terrace with a great view to the sea. Additionally, the house is very charming, well equipped and clean. In 5 minutes, you can reach the near beach of Escalet. There are a lot of small and larger beaches that can only be reached by walking there. However, it's really worth visiting them. Michel, the owner of the house, is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for these unforgettable holidays!

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der tollen Wohnung von Michel. Kurz vor der Anreise erhielten wir eine sehr ausführliche Nachricht mit der "Anleitung" zur An-und Abfahrt und dem Haus. Das Haus steht in einem Areal das nur mit Zugangscode befahren werden kann. Wir haben problemlos hingefunden und uns in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen. Die zweite Wohung war (wird?) nicht vermietet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einer kleinen Küchenmaschine und sowohl einer Nespressomaschine als auch einer Frenchpress-Kanne. Grill samt Grillanzünder, Grillzange etc. ist alles vorhanden. Wer auch im Urlaub gerne kocht, wird sich wohlfühlen. Die Betten waren bequem und Handtücher für Bad und Küche waren vorhanden. Wir nutzten insbesondere die Loungemöbel in dem überdachten Erker und genossen die traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer. Das in der Wohnung vorhandene Fernglas wurde rege genutzt. Die Wohnung ist ausserdem mit Spielen, DVDs und vielem mehr augestattet, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Der Weg zum Strand kann per Abbkürzung durch den Garten über Treppen erfolgen oder ohne Treppen über die Straße. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt - ein Wasserschlauch zum Abwaschen des Hundes vom Salzwasser an der Außendusche wäre toll :-) das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt-der Hund blieb trotzdem da. Wenn man Tennis spielt, kann man die in der Domaine Escalet vorhandenen Tennisplätze mit nutzen. Das Mitnehmen des Hundes an den Strand war problemlos. Allerdings sollte der Hund in dem abgesperrten Schwimmbereich nicht ins Wasser- daneben war es kein Problem. Einziges Manko in dem Urlaub: Der Strand wird nicht (mehr) von Meeresgras und Schilf gereinigt. Vielleicht könnte hier die Gemeinde Ramatuelle einen Hinweis bekommen. Zuim Schluss möchte in den unkomplizierten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hervorheben. Jede Frage wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet und ein aufgetretenes technisches Problem sofort gelöst! Haus und Ausstattung haben ihren eigenen provenzialischen Charme und haben schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Der Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse inmitten der Natur ist unbeschreiblich. Die Betreuung durch den netten Vermieter ist super. Hausübergabe und Abnahme waren angenehm.

Nous avons passé deux semaines super agréables dans cette maison - vue fantastique de la terrasse à la mer, 5 minutes à pied à la plage de l'escalet pour se plonger dans une eau turquoise .. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a plein d'épices, des huiles, vinaigres, du riz, des pâtes etc. On ne doit donc que aller aux marchés de Ramatuelle ou St. Tropez pour acheter des légumes ou du poisson et on peut commencer à cuisinier. Les lits sont confortables, tout était impécable et pour nous la maison à du charme! Un grand merci au propriétaire qui nous a répondu immédiatement à toutes nos questions avant de partir et qui avait tout très bien préparé pour nous - nous serons heureux de repasser d'autres vacances ici.

Une vue magnifique, un cadre exceptionnel, une maison où rien ne manquait, une literie confortable... bref que du tout bon, une excellente adresse. On espère qu’on pourra revenir.

We stayed here for a week, 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 10 minutes at the most. Best part of the villa was sitting on the terrace in the morning and evening while enjoying the view. This little part of France is relaxed and you feel as though your troubles melt away. The town of Ramatuelle is close by and a cute town to have dinner. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. Many things to do in the area, hiking, sunbathing, winery tours, canoeing, paddleboarding and sailing. The owner answered all my questions quickly and was very easy to work with. If you are looking for a relaxed villa that is away from the craziness of the larger towns, but still central and able to have activities close by, I would recommend this place.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht ist traumhaft, der Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die komplett ausgestattete Küche

Haus und Ausstattung haben schon ein paar Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel, aber der Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer sind der absolute Hammer! Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist vorzüglich, Hausübergabe und Abnahme reibungslos.

We really loved our stay at the house in l’Escalet. Especially the location near Plage de l’Escalet and Sentier Littoral is great! We enjoyed going to the beach and walking along the trails. Besides, the view from the terrace was gorgeous. The house is really well equipped with everything one could ask for. Especially that there is a dishwasher and a grill is great. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nicely prepared and perfectly clean when we arrived. The information the landlord provided in the Welcome Booklet was very useful. The communication was very easy.

The owners provided us with all the required info for our stay. It's well located if you're happy to drive around the areas of Ramatuelle, Gassin, La Croix Valmer, & St Tropez. It does take time though to drive further afield through some (very nice) windy roads. With sea views, magnificent sunrises (if you're awake that early!), and a short walk to the beach our overall experience was very positive.
