This detached seafront house offers beautiful natural light in the living area. It is ideal for 2 people and has an additional bed for 2 extra people. The accommodation has direct access to the beach as well as the GR34 hiking trail. Thanks to its large windows and bay window, you can enjoy an exceptional view from the lounge and terrace overlooking Trez-Hir bay, Fort Bertheaume and the Tas de Pois.



The fitted kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender). The dining area includes a table and four armchairs facing the sea.

The sea-facing lounge: very bright, it is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a television. The bay window opens directly onto the external terrace. The wooden terrace is furnished with a table and stone benches to enjoy the ocean view.

The garden-facing lounge has two armchairs and a convertible sofa (bed measuring 140 cm for 2 additional people). It provides access to the rear of the house which benefits from a landscaped area with a relaxation corner on a wooden deck. Two sun loungers and tables are at your disposal to enjoy a moment of peace and rest.

The bedroom includes a 140 cm bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. It is adjoining the bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and WC.

The laundry room with a washing machine and a clothes rail.



Locmaria-Plouzané and the tip of Finistère offer an exceptional natural setting and numerous activities. Your accommodation is located:

- In a very quiet and little-trafficked cul-de-sac.

- 50 m from Portez's fine sandy beach, a magnificent family beach supervised in summer, accessible on foot in less than a minute for your swimming and sunsets.

- Just a stone's throw from the mythical GR34 hiking trail, accessible directly at the end of the street, it promises you superb coastal walks along the wild cliffs of the Iroise Sea.

- 2.5 km from Locmaria-Plouzané town centre, where you will find all the essential local shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy). For your outings, restaurants, crêperies and boutiques, you will also be only 10 minutes' drive from the charming port of Conquet or Plougonvelin.
