Rhuys peninsula. At the edge of the gulf. Fisherman's house of character, calm, access beach and coastal road 3 mn on foot. 5-6 people + 1 cot. Ground floor: tiled floor, fitted kitchen, oven, dishwasher, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, microwave, fridge, freezer, crockery for 10/12 people, 1 bathroom with WC, living room with sofa bed, wood stove, TV. FLOOR: Office of Public Prosecutor, 1 room window 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 velux room 3 simple beds, 1 room of water with TOILET. Electric heating. South facing terrace, enclosed garden, barbecue, garden furniture, parking. All shops, cinema, doctors, market at 6 kms + commerce nearby at 1.5 km. WI-FI - Charges included. Deposit 300 €. Compulsory cleaning fee 40 € - 06. 10. 72. 07. 84
