About this villa rental
At the edge of the river and 100m from the sea, beautiful waterfront villa with private dock for boat.
Ideal for a family up to 8 people (about 150m2).
Large swimming pool of 4m by 8m on beautiful terrace overlooking the river Loup with sea view.
Barbecue, deck chairs, outdoor shower and WC ...
Possibility to moor a boat directly at the foot of the villa
3 large bedrooms with double bed.
Big stay with American kitchen and big living room.
Small living room with double sofa bed.
3 bathrooms with toilets (2 with bath, and one with shower) villa is 10 minutes from Nice airport, and 2km from the train station.
We maintain the pool during your stay to ensure bathing water of the highest quality possible.

What a fantastic, very private and secure villa! Would highly recommend and we have every intention of booking again., Located alongside the tranquil Loup river with a bank of trees opposite (full of wildlife including parakeets when we visited), only a 5min walk to the sea with a hypermarket, boulangerie, pharmacie and eateries only a short walk away. Super clean, very spacious, fully air conditioned, well equipped villa with very comfy beds and linen - two bedrooms on the ground floor with bathrooms and one on the first floor with bathroom. A wonderfully clean, heated pool (we had intended to use the pool alarm with young children but didn't after being advised that local birds/wildlife can regularly set it off!), outside toilet and shower, ample loungers and chairs with plenty of shaded areas around the villa together with 3 large outside eating areas. Helene is a very friendly, attentive host - fast responses to messages and very prompt sorting of a couple issues which arose. The welcome pack was much appreciated as was her waiting for us at the villa to show us around when our flight was considerably delayed. A wonderful holiday - thank you Helene. We look forward to a return visit in the near future.

Wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect … 5min walk to extra large supermarket, few mins away to the beach, 10mins from the marina. Bakery & bars 2mins away at the end of the street. The villa is lovely, has all you could ask for and the heated pool is a highlight. Terrace is perfect place to sit and watch the activity of the river. Really enjoyed our stay, it’s been very special. Thank you Hélène! Excellent host and lovely to meet you!

Lovely property with a fabulous, well-equipped outdoor space. Clean heated pool with plenty of sunbeds. Well equipped kitchen, including washing liquid etc which was appreciated. Location couldn't have been better - close to beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Lovely. Ideal for our mixed aged family group. The only criticism I would have is that the beds were very hard (mattress toppers would have helped) and could have been bigger as rooms were large enough. Pull-out bed was ok but in a corridor, so no privacy.
