Situated in Plomeur, this charming house for $45 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. House available all year for tourist rental. For a maximum of 5 people. Stay with arrival and departure day according to your wishes (within the limits of our possibilities) Located in a quiet location in the Penmarchaise countryside near the sea, 1.6 km from the beach. Labeled 3 stars. Personal welcome by the owners. Independent house not overlooked with fully enclosed and flowered garden with a terrace. A garden furniture (in season) and a barbecue available. You will be calm in a Zen and idleness atmosphere while being close to the sea (beach at 1,6km) and the shops of Penmarc'h (at 800m) The large, very bright, south-facing living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with direct access to the terrace. In the fitted kitchen, there are many amenities available: oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer ... In the living room you have at your disposal a flat screen with DVD player, a HIFI system, board games ... the very comfortable convertible sofa offers the possibility of accommodating a fifth person in the house. The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms decorated in a Zen atmosphere: the first with a 160 bed and a dressing room, the second with 2 90 cm beds and a dressing room. Beds made on arrival Possibility to rent towels and beach towels. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet In the cellar (23 m2) you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a sink and all the household necessities. It is also a storage space for your personal belongings (surfing, fishing equipment ...). Nous avons bien apprécié l accueil de Nathalie. La maison est vraiment chouette sans vis à vis comme si on était à la campagne. De plus, avec les vélos à disposition, on peut rejoindre les plages rapidement. A recommander vivement Fabienne et Patrick de Suisse

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Der Garten bietet sich zum Chillen und Verweilen an. Guter Ausgangsort zu verschiedenen tollen Stränden und weiteren schönen Orten in der südlichen Bretagne. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Hauseinweisung durch die Vermieterin.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Nathalie, die das Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet hat. Man spürt Ihre persönliche Handschrift in allen Belangen, sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlt an Nichts. Wunderschöner, großer Garten mit blühenden Rosen und Stauden. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

La propriété étais sans faille. Les hôtes, Nathalie et son mari étaient très gentil et serviable. Les visites recommandés ne m’as pas déçu et en fait certaines d’entre eux spectaculaire.
Le village est agréable et calme mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut.

Accueil et location impeccable très calme localisation. Plage, phare , crêperie , supermarchés à proximité même la météo est bonne avec nous .. un espace jeux et détente sur place et des vélos terminent les activités sportives .

Wunderschönes Haus mit hübschen Grundstück in ruhiger Lage.
Das Haus entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen und es war alles super sauber. Besonders praktisch ist der Anbau in dem die Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, etc., stehen. Dort kann man viel "Kram" unterbringen und trägt nicht den ganzen Strand Sand ins Haus. Es sind alle Dinge vorhanden, die man so braucht, sogar Bodyboards für die Kinder waren da. Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, war dies besonders toll.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, nett und hilfbereit. Viele Informationen zur Umgebung, zu Märkten und für Wanderungen sind vorhanden.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, ganz lieben Dank!

Ruhe und Entspannung
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem sonnigem Garten. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fahrräder, Tischtennis Platte und Kicker fanden großen Anklang zwischen den den Ausflugsaktivitäten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich umgehend um Probleme.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hier wird ein tolles, kleines gut aber ruhig gelegenes Haus vorgefunden.
Es ist perfekt sauber, der Garten ist schön und lädt zur Entspannung ein.
In der Küche wird alles vorgefunden was benötigt wird.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sowie sehr gut in der Kommunikation.
Schade das dass Haus zu unserem nächsten Urlaub bereits ausgebucht wird, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Propriété impeccable et au calme à proximité des belles plages et bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Propriétaires très aimables et sympathiques. Nous étions 5 à occuper la maison, c'était parfait : l'accueil de Madame Jaouen est à la fois professionnel et bienveillant, la maison est d'une propreté exemplaire et les vélos permettent aux parents comme aux enfants de varier les plaisirs. Le soleil et la douceur nous ont même autorisé un déjeuner en terrasse, ce qui est très appréciable durant les vacances de la Toussaint ! Je conseille et encourage même à choisir cette location.

Wunschlos glücklich
Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten und tadellos sauberen Ferienhaus! Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht und nicht nur zweckmäßig sondern auch mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet ist. Alle Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs bis hin zu Wörterbüchein in verschiedenen Sprachen, Gesellschaftsspielen und Urlaubsliteratur sind vorhanden. Dabei befindet sich alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Haus ist auch im Winter absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das unschlagbar ist!
Die Vermieterin ist überaus sympathisch, freundlich und zuverlässig!

Une location plus qu'agréable ! Décoration extrêmement soignée, intérieur très cosy, propreté méticuleuse, tout l'équipement nécessaire, idéalement située près de commerces de proximité, à quelques minutes de la mer en voiture. Très joli jardin paysager. Au calme.
Accueil très chaleureux de Mme Jaouen, toujours à l'écoute des besoins de ses locataires.
