The room and other facilities were good, The staff's behaviour is also very nice. I will surely recommend staying here only if you are looking for a room for just stay purposes.
No other amenities are here and yes it's worth the value of money.
We stayed for 4 days here and room cleaning was not done for a single time, towels not changed on a daily basis. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Large room with working A/C and fan
Bed was unbelievably hard and very uncomfortable. Neighbours were very loud and the staff didn’t respond to any messages. Bathroom was not very clean and the sheets and towels were stained. Would not recommend staying here
