About this house rental
Nestled in Bouillante, this charming house for $85 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Creole house located by the sea facing Pigeon Islands and the Caribbean Sea. The DREAM of all divers. 2 min from the beach at the bottom of the house and 5 minutes from the beach Malendure, near Cove Sandy (bath of hot spring cure). Very quiet area. Proximity to shops. 3 beds of two people, 2 single beds, 2 sofa bed (sleeps 2). Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, linens provided, 2 bathrooms (including a walk-in shower), 2 toilets. Many activities: Kayak, diving all levels, Paddle, very beautiful hikes for the amateurs, Beautiful rivers, fishing etc ... Possibility of additional photos on request, do not hesitate. The owners live beside the property and met us to let us in. It’s a second floor apartment accessed via stairs onto a large covered deck, maybe 40 ft long, with hammock, dining area, deck chairs. So much outside space was great, and the house is perched on the edge of a low bluff heading straight down to the beach and the ocean, with fine sunset views every night. The beach is rocky, covered with large, smooth boulders, not ideal for less adventurous small kids maybe, but with some really nice reefs a short snorkel off shore. The house is of simple construction, don’t expect granite countertops and mahogany furniture, but sufficiently equipped, comfortable, spacious and airy with the breezes blowing through the open windows. Wifi was fine for us. House is at the end of a small side road off the main road, so no road noise. We went diving with Bleue Passion, efficient, friendly, small operation a few minutes up the road. Overall, the location (straight onto the ocean), huge deck and sunset views make this hard to beat.

SOMMAIRE MAIS EFFICACE
Un gîte assez sommaire, qui mériterai un bon coup de propreté côté cuisine. Une grande et belle terrasse qui donne sur la mer mais dommage qu'il n'y ai pas un salon de jardin pour s'y poser tranquillement. Une chose primordiale à mon sens, qu'il y ai une éponge neuve et du liquide vaisselle. Cela manque et pourtant ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus onéreux. Accueil très chaleureux et linge de maison propre.

Sublime, exceptionnelle
Nous avons séjourné en famille (avec nos ados) et avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Jocelyn et sa fille pour leur accueil, écoute et disponibilité. La propriété est exactement ce que l'on voit en photo. Une maison créole pleine de charme et en bonus, chaque jours, de merveilleux couché de soleil. Jocelyn nous a donné de précieux conseils pour découvrir la Guadeloupe. La proximité de la plage (au pied de la maison) est tout juste géniale. Pas de doute, c'est une excellente adresse sur la Basse Terre et nous y reviendrons. Carole, Bertrand et leurs ados.

Un beau séjour à Pigeon/Bouillante
Les plus : maison en bord de plage, dans la partie verdoyante et naturelle de l'île (Basse-Terre)... à quelques km de la réserve Cousteau, du parc des Mamelles, accès facile vers la Soufrière.
Tous commerces locaux à proximité.
Les petits moins : à cette saison, il fait vraiment chaud mais dans chaque pièce, nous avons trouvé des ventilateurs.
Comme souvent, le gîte aurait pu comporter les basiques comme sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle...
Le gîte se compose de deux parties séparées : au rez-de-chaussée, un appartement avec cuisinette, une chambre fermée (lit deux places avec moustiquaire et coin toilettes, lavabo et douche), banquette et lit une place. À l'étage, on entre par le coin cuisine, une pièce de vie avec banquette et téléviseur, accès vers la terrasse (table pour manger) avec vue sur la mer en passant par une chambre isolée par un rideau (lit deux places avec moustiquaire). La deuxième chambre de l'étage se trouve au fond à droite de l'espace de vie. On y accède en traversant un large couloir où se trouve deux lits superposés avec moustiquaire. Cette dernière chambre comporte un lit deux places avec moustiquaire. En face, se trouve la salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne, lavabo, machine à laver.
Le coin cuisine de l'étage comporte toutes les facilités : plaques de cuisson, grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur, grand four, micro-ondes...
Le quartier est tranquille et on s'endort et se réveille aux sons de la nature et de la mer!

Petit coin de paradis
Maison très agréablement située ou vous ne trouverez pas le grand luxe mais un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique et une terrasse merveilleusement placée face à la mer d'où vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil, le ballet incessant des oiseaux de l'ile, les visites furtives de nombreux anolis et si vous avez un peu de chance les baleines et dauphins viendront vous faire un signe. Danielle est une hôte très sympathique toujours prête à rendre service. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses au coucher de soleil.

et la baignade un régal(poissons et jolis fonds rocheux à gauche);
Bouillante est bien située pour les balades(deshaies et ses belles plages-Pointe Noire- les bains chauds à Bouillante...)
la location est bien équipée et pour 4 adultes, c'est très bien. Nous y retournerons !

Vue imprenable - logement au top!
Excellent séjour chez Jocelyn et Danielle, merci à eux pour leur accueil! La localisation permet de rayonner sur basse terre au nord et au sud. La plage est située juste sous la maison et le balcon permet de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et les îles pigeons. Le logement est propre et la cuisine est très bien équipée. À recommander :)

C'est une chouette maison, reculée loin de la circulation idéalement située.
La vue est superbe, la plage est tout près. Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement.
Seul bémol, une chambre n'a pas de porte, c'est une simple tenture. A part cela, il faut la découvrir, si vous passez par la Guadeloupe.

Belles vacances dans une authentique maison créole
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre maison "les pieds dans l'eau" avec, de la terrasse, une vue fabuleuse sur le coucher de soleil.
La maison est très bien située près de la Route de la traversée et nous pouvons rayonner dans la Basse-Terre facilement. De plus, des supermarchés et des petits restaurants typiques se trouvent à proximité.
Nous tenons à remercier Jocelyn et Danielle pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur discrétion mais aussi leurs bons conseils et les petits fruits exotiques qu'ils nous ont fait découvrir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le planteur et les accras à notre arrivée.
Nous recommandons volontiers cette location.

Semplice, in riva al mare, con tutto ciò che serve e ospiti speciali
Una casa in riva al mare, con una vista splendida sull'isolotto di Pigeon e i tramonti, il rumore del mare che vi culla la notte e di giorno il canto di decine di bellissimi uccellini che abitano l'albero del mango vicino alla terrazza e che daranno spettacolo se metterete loro un po' di zucchero nella mangiatoia appesa. Terrazza ampia, con tanto di amaca e sdraio nella quale si passa la maggior parte del tempo quando si è a casa. Disporrete di ogni cosa in cucina e in bagno - e se serve altro basta chiedere a Jocelyn o a Danielle, presenti, disponibili e splendidi ospiti -, i letti sono comodi e dotati di zanzariera mentre l'assenza dell'aria condizionata non si sente grazie agli alisei che soffiano costanti (ventilatori sono comunque disponibili per i più accalorati). Ben posizionata, in una zona tranquillissima di Bouillante, poco distante dalla spiaggia della Malendure (zona in cui si possono osservare le tartarughe solo facendo snorkelling) e dalla Route de la Traversée, utile per andare a Grande Terre in breve tempo), vicina alle sorgenti calde in mare e alle spiagge di Deshaie, ai Bains Jaunes, alla distilleria Bologne e i suoi buonissimi rum e a Basse Terre e il suo variopinto mercato, ma a distanza ragionevole anche dagli imbarchi per Les Saintes da Trois Rivière e per le escursioni tra le mangrovie e la barriera corallina da Sainte Rose.
