About this villa rental
A few meters from the beach, come live the Martinican experience with family or friends in this villa built in wood in the West Indian tradition, with pool, sea views and the Diamond Rock.
The villa has 3 bedrooms each with their private bathroom. One of them is perfect for children with 2 single beds while the others, equally comfortable, await you with their double beds and Caribbean charm. The kitchen is very practical and contains all the necessary appliances: hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ... The stay, very authentic, can accommodate the whole family, and also has an extra bed offering 2 extra beds in case of need.
Outside, a garden of 400 m² awaits you and a swimming pool out of sight. Long term rental is possible.

La description générale correspond aux photos mais malheureusement l'état général et la propreté ne sont pas au niveau attendu.
La climatisation dans une chambre en panne l'entretien non effectué,
Le frigidaire en fin de vie, le lave-vaisselle ne lave pas bien,
La machine à laver fonctionnait bien,
L'aspirateur HS,
Points positifs :
L'hôtesse a été très efficace pour régler les problèmes très rapidement.
La piscine et le jardin très bien entretenus,
L'emplacement très bien,
L'espace intérieur très bien.
Remarques :
- l'accroche du battant de la cuisine est à consolider pour une question de sécurité,
- l'accroche du ballon d'eau chaude est a vérifier.
