Located in Nelson, this attractive house for $212 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 'The Cliffs' is located atop Nelson's Magazine Point where stunning tree-topped cliffs drop to the sea. The home is set back from the cliff overlooking lawn, garden and bush straight into the sparkling waters of Tasman Bay, with an intimate view over Fifeshire Rock and Haulashore Island and a panoramic outlook that takes in the coastline of the Abel Tasman, the mountains of Kahurangi National Park and the Tasman Sea in the distance! One of the few homes in the area that offers great views and a flat site, the house is oriented to the North and enjoys fantastic all day sun and warmth as well as easy access and parking. You will love the feel of this spacious home... There are 3 bedrooms all with excellent sea views and light: Master with Design Mobel + Ecosa King Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with Shower, Toilet and Vanity, Bedroom 2 with Design Mobel King Bed, and Bedroom 3 with King Single Bunks plus a fold-out child's mattress by request. The main bathroom offers Bath and Separate Shower. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cook-top, espresso coffee machine with grinder and a full range of cookware and appliances including double dishdrawer dishwasher. The kitchen dining and living areas are open planned yet distinct, all open to the covered verandah with extendable sunshade awnings and seating. Outdoor dining with sun umbrella, sun chairs and there is a large gas BBQ. For entertainment, there is a large Sony Smart TV in the living area with your favourite Apps, DVD player with a movie collection and Ultra Fast Fibre Broadband WiFi is provided. There is also an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot for music etc, board games and book collection for your enjoyment. From the property, it is a lovely walk to the restaurants, to the look-out at the top of the hill or to the beach. We very much look forward to hosting you at this great property. **Special conditions & notes**: - Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Generally, pets are not permitted, but you are welcome to contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home. - Garage is not available for guest use. Off-street car-parking provided for 2 vehicles and there is easy on-street parking if needed. **Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**: - Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site. - Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees. - We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances. A wonderful spot with an amazing view over Tasman Bay. The house was well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely walk up The Cliffs to Princes Drive Lookout and then down to Tahunanui Beach. Great coffee at Raglan Roast Tahunanui and take out at The Sands Fish and Chip Shop. Thank you to the owners! Would highly recommend this place for a stay in Nelson.

Stunning views of Nelson Bay and Abel Tasman National Park to the north. Several gorgeous sunsets and sunrises during our 2-week stay. Very comfortable living in the house. Vaulted ceilings make it feel even bigger than it is. All the amenities are included. Easy access to Nelson shopping. Drive up to house is a bit steep and driveway is a little awkward, but we didn't notice after a few days. You get great exercise walking pathways in neighborhood.

Beyond our expectations!!!! One of our favorite stay overs in New Zealand (and we had 10!) Property is located in a drop dead gorgeous location and the house and garden were immaculate! We didn't want to leave! Just unpack and relax!!! Needed more propane for the bbq.....no problem...it was attended to immediately! Absolutely perfect! Thank you, thank you!!!

We LOVED this property! Can't wait to stay again. Great indoor/outdoor flow. Well appointed kitchen (loved the espresso machine). Perfect spot for the last leg of our vacation.

With a few more touches this would be a 5+. It really needs a deep clean (cobwebs in corners) and the worn out furniture in the living room should be replaced. We have had paper towels and kleenex provided in all other rentals this trip and also had to buy our own dish detergent . The view is magnificent and was certainly enjoyed by all.

I think the views are better than any of the pictures in the profile. Comfortable house, only minor issue is the the two rooms on the ends didn't have very effective drapes or blinds so it got bright early inside.

The house was well equipped and beds were comfortable although a few more essential items would have been great (eg some instant coffee and perhaps a bottle of milk) but other than that it was a great stay and we will be back!
