Situated in La Cadière-d'Azur, this attractive house for $173 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Le Mas des Bouteillans is a large property of more than one hectare, fenced, located on a hill between the villages of La Cadière and Castellet, in a quiet countryside setting and close to a wide expanse of hills and of many paths or tracks crossing scrubland for ATVs, planted with heather arbutus myrtle for extraordinary walks with a wonderful panorama view over the sea, the surrounding villages and countryside of Provence bathed in light. On the property of Mas Mas Bouteillans was built and Annex The Pitchounette, small house on a hill, surrounded by fragrant bushes with a very large panoramic terrace. The Mulberry is an apartment of 60 m2, which includes an open living room with a functional kitchen with Falcon range cooker and fridge freezer with high-end automatic ice dispenser ideal for Pastis Kitchen particularly elegant ..... with enamelled lava plans made Salernes in Provence. This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a large bed of 160 x 200 and the other 2 twin beds 90 x 190. A beautiful bathroom with a large shower with Italian, enamelled lava bath plan, W. C in the bathroom and 2nd W. C independent, living room with a sofa covered in linen, feather inside, very comfortable, flat screen TV, washing machine the local machine, terrace with pergola and table for breakfast outside and finally the wonderful terrace of 70 m2 with sea and the villages of La Cadière and Castellet and Mont Caume. This huge private terrace is completely sheltered from view equipped with daybed to sunbathe in peace, partly covered, also equipped with a barbecue, large dining table in teak, chairs, chairs armchairs. A natural stone tile covers the whole house and the terraces. Our guests have access to the entire property crossed by a lighted way Unopiù by elegant lamps, for night walks and also a private garden surrounding the house .... The house is new construction, perfectly isolated, perfectly equipped, heating and air conditioning, wifi, satellite dish .... The furniture is new chosen carefully, the decor is neat, the beds are fitted with high quality bedding, shape memory mattress and box spring, quality bed linen, bed covers, thick cotton blanket and Vivaraise Boutis Provence. Windows with curtains and double curtains. All the furnishings and decoration was designed to provide maximum comfort and well being of our guests to allow them a pleasant stay.

Appartement très agréable et décoré avec soin où on s’y sent immédiatement bien, sans oublier la piscine et son coin zen 😎. La propriété est située en dehors du village (village très joli et voiture nécessaire), le calme est totalement assuré. Super ausgestattete Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet im provencalischen Stil. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön. Und die große Terasse mit Esstisch, Liegestühlen, Weber-Gasgrill und super Aussicht ist ein Highlight.
Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat und was auch nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird ist, dass auf dem Grundstück gerade gebaut wird und der Zustand der Aussenflächen nicht sonderlich gepflegt ist, mit Ausnahme des Poolbereichs.

Wir hatten super 2 Wochen in der herrlichen Anlage. Riesige Terrasse, schöner Pool. Die Rennstrecke hört man an manchen Tagen ein paar Stunden tagsüber minimal. Sonst sehr hochwertig und gepflegt in einer sehr schönen Lage für Ausflüge.

Mr et Mme Lavoisey sont des hôtes charmants et toujours prêt à nous aider. Tout a été pensé pour que nous ne manquions de rien et tout est d’une grande qualité que ce soit la literie, l’electro-ménager, deco, BBQ....Un endroit rare qui explique pourquoi nous revenons chaque année depuis 5 ans! Excellent sejour.
Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans ce gîte ou l'on se sent vraiment très bien. Tout est pensé pour le confort et la qualité de l'équipement est au top. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (nous avons reçu un très beau panier d'accueil avec divers produits dedans) et discrets.
Que dire de la superbe vue de la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons passé nos vacances ?
Très belle piscine avec jardin exotique très zen et très agréable.
Petite note pour les propriétaires : Si vous pouviez remplacer la balançoire cassée par une neuve avec un grand portique et entretenir ce petit coin pour offrir un petit espace de jeux aux enfants de vos vacanciers ça serait vraiment super !

belle maison mais decue car arriver jeudi et dimanche panne internet jusque jeudi jour du retour le proprio n'en peus peut être pas mais bon en plus avec des ado pas de bol il a plus 4jours et même si il aurait fait bon piscine inaccesible en reparation point de vue location rien a dire pour le départ même pas vu l'epouse de monsieur lavoisey un peut dommage mais merci

Der Ausblick von der grossen Terrasse war fantastisch!! Wir konnten bereits draussen frühstücken, obwohl es erst Ende März war. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter begrüsste uns sehr nett und uns erwartete ein leckerer Geschenkkorb bei Ankuft sowie eine Liste mit prima Ausflugsideen. Wir haben die Ruhe unglaublich genossen und können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!!
