We have stayed at the hotel many times over the past 25 years….we had a lovely welcome when we arrived and had the pleasure of being upgraded to superior rooms.We love the location in this beautiful village, with it’s swimming pool and fantastic views. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable and the air conditioning so welcome.
We could have had more regular refreshing of the tea, coffee and milk for early morning afternoon use. Several mornings we had to go to the restaurant to collect those items…. a small issue but one that could be improved upon next time please. Many thanks.

Beautiful setting in stunning surroundings. Comfortable room
Breakfast was good with very attentive staff.
WiFi useless- had to buy extra data to use internet
Tv- said BBC World was available but it wasn’t. Didn’t want to watch much tv but just catch up on the news.
Whole place feels a bit disjointed- bits all over the place. Not sure that ‘ it really knows what it’s trying to be’ - hotel, shop, spa ?
Disappointed that they charge extra for residents to use the basic spa facilities such as pool and sauna- absolutely understand charging for treatments but usually the basic things are included in hotels we have stayed in before.

Beautiful hotel and views. Lovely spacious room and quiet
Apart from Breakfast , No food options open in hotel at all. Dial in pizza offered for diner…. This is a Michelin starred hotel . What a pity !
