About this house rental
Ground floor: spacious living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, freezer) opening onto a large 80m² terrace (large table, sun loungers, barbecue, ping-pong table, etc.), lounge (TV, DVD player) with fireplace, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), laundry room (washing machine, dryer), shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 with a queen-size bed + a single bed, 1 with a double bed + a single bed, 1 with two single beds, and 1 with four single beds), 2 shower rooms, and a separate toilet. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning €80, bed linen rental €6 per bed, and towel rental €3 per person.
For rentals of two consecutive weeks, bed linen rental is free.
Baby equipment available on request. Enclosed garden (swing/slide, pétanque court). Private parking.
Shops 2 km away. Equestrian center 2.5 km away, river fishing and hiking trails nearby. 10 minutes from the sea and the beaches of Omaha Beach.
For weekly rentals, the cottage must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.

The house looks large in the pictures but is even bigger when you arrive. There is plenty of utensils and plates for large groups.The communication. From the host although in French was easy to translate and understand and was exceptional.The house exceeded mine and my parties expectations and we would not hesitate to book it again. The value of the house is also fantastic, with the location also being excellent for tours of the D day beaches and close to local shops on trevieres and Bayeux.Thank you Beatrice.

The kitchen was great, with a very new fridge, microwave, and great coffee brewer (with pods provided!). The dining table was awesome, with 14 seats - plenty of room to spread out!

A beautiful house which served myself and friends perfectly for our needs. If i had to find any complaint it was only theWiFi which was a little inconsistant but as we used the property as a base to explore the history and culture of the area it didn't interfere much.If visiting D-Day sites as a group I can highly recommend it.

The property manager was nice but it was challenging to communicate - Google translate helped a bit. The bedding and towels were extra and when I asked where the extra toilet paper was kept, I was told to go buy some when the store opened the next day! There were no basics in the kitchen either - sugar, oil, etc. the house itself is comfortable and well kept but echoes with hard floors throughout. The drive is on a curve where people come around quickly. We were almost sideswiped pulling onto the road.
