Located in Xonrupt-Longemer, this lovely house for $354 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This old farmhouse, completely renovated, offers a good capacity for the large "tribes" cot available. The house divided into 3 spacious levels, comfortable and individual, allows you to spend a family vacation while respecting everyone's privacy; A private space on the ground floor as well as on the 1st floor with a panoramic terrace, and on the 2nd floor, the large living room allowing you to get together for meals together. The house faces south, beautiful sunshine allowing you to take advantage of the 3000m² of land, the large terrace and garden furniture. Very practical additional asset, private parking for 8 cars. You will also appreciate the calm setting, withdrawn without being isolated, offering a clear view of the mountains, a change of scenery guaranteed. As you can see, this pretty house called "Les Volets Verts" is the ideal place for a great vacation, summer and winter. Near lakes, ponds, the surrounding forest, from the house, there are marked walks on foot, by mountain bike, snowshoes or cross-country skiing. Although located in the heart of the forest, the house is not far from the shops (1 km from the village center and 5 km from Gérardmer). Finally, in winter for ski lovers, the exceptional location of the house in the center of the 3 main Vosges resorts: GERARDMER, LA BRESSE and LE POLI, is an additional asset (access to Gérardmer slopes 8 km, La Bresse slopes 8 km and Le Poli 1 km). Très bonne expérience dans cette ferme vosgiennes transformée, très bien équipée et à quelques minutes à pied du lac de Longemer.

Wir waren 16 Personen und hatten alle 3 Wohnungen gemietet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und schön und die Kinder waren gerne im angrenzenden Wald. Einen super Ausblick abends beim grillen inklusive.

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen sehr angenehmen Kurzaufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, die Kinder haben den großen Garten genossen.

Tolles Haus für große Gruppen
Wir waren mit fünf Leuten zum Wandern in den Vogesen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus, ideal für mehrere Familien
Das geräumige Ferienhaus liegt in einer idyllischen, ruhigen Umgebung und bietet durch den anliegenden großzügigen Garten genügend Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Volleyball und Federball spielen direkt vorm Haus (gespanntes Netz vorhanden) war für Groß und Klein eine willkommene Abwechslung und half über das nicht ganz so sommerliche Wetter hinweg.
Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.. Der große Esstisch im Obergeschoss machte es möglich, dass wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter zusammen essen, spielen und quatschen konnten.
Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter waren problemlos sowie auch das Ein- und Auschecken.
Wir hatten einen entspannten, angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. :)

Belles vacances
Le propriétaire nous a demandé plusieurs fois qu'on devait les avertir 20 minutes avant notre arrivé pour qu'ils sachent y être pour nous rendre les cléfs etc. Donc, on s'est arreté en cours de route pour les avertir. (notre GPS prevoiait encore 20 minutes de route). Après 20 minutes on était effectivement sur place. Pas de propriataire. Nous avons dû attendre encore 30 minutes (dans le froid - avec des petits enfants) avant qu'ils arrivaient... Pour nous s'est égale quand avertir. Mais si on dit 20 minutes - ça peut être à peu près les 20 minutes. Mais pas plus que le double... - et ils ne se sont pas excusé non plus. Le dimanche la même chose: "on y serait dans une bonne demi heure". ça leurs a pris une heure exactement... au lieu de 30minutes....

Geräumiges Haus mit großem Gelände für große Gruppen
Das Haus bietet viel Platz für große Gruppen ( wir waren 10 Erwachsene und 7 Kleinkinder) und hat einen weitläufigen Außenbereich mit Terasse, Grill , Schaukel und Rutsche . Jedes Stockwerk hat 1-3 Schlafräume, Küche mit Kaffeemaschinen, Mikrowellen und Spülmaschinen, Bad und WC. Das oberste Stockwerk bietet in der Küche Platz für gemeinsames Essen. Man hat auch bei großen Gruppen die Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und der wunderschöne See ist in ca 10- 15 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Checkin und Checkout waren flexibel und unkompliziert und die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmals und gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub mit mehreren Familien
Wir haben trotz etwas Regenwetter eine sehr entspannte Woche im gut ausgestatteten und ruhig gelegenen Haus verbracht. Der große Esstisch in der Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk bot Platz für alle und gleichzeitig schaffen die drei jeweils gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen (Stockwerke) die Möglichkeit auch getrennt zu essen oder zu spielen. Das große Gelände ums Haus ist besonders für die Kinder sehr schön. Und auch zum See ist es nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (16 personnes). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Les trois appartements sont cosi et très bien équipés. Le coin est charmant et proche des stations de ski, ce qui a fait le bonheur des skieurs et des enfants.

Gite très confortable, propre et très bien situé (lac à 50m, bois et ballades au bout du jardin).
Nous avons loué le gite entier, pour une grande famile de 8 adultes et 6 enfants et c’était tout à fait adapté. Il est en fait composé d’un appartement par étage.
C’est un avantage car on peut bénéficier de 3 cuisines, 3 sdb, 3 salons...
Le gite est parfaitement équipé, très agréable à vivre.
On peut facilement rejoindre le lac à pied et ses abords sont parfaits pour la baignade.
