Just returned from a one week holiday in Théoule sur mer. The property is perfect, lovely terrace to sit out and bbq each night. You can buy bread and fruit locally from a little van most mornings and there is a local beach with safe swimming all within walking distance.
We hired a car from the airport and visited Monaco, Cannes, and Antibes.
The area of Théoule is beautiful with a dramatic coastline, I would definitely recommend Hélène’s property.

My husband and I (both early 30s) spent a week at this wonderful house. The owners were very easy to deal with and responded promptly to all of our questions. The house is located a short walk from the marina and beach and is in a quiet and peaceful gated community. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and the next big supermarket is in Mandelieu (15 min scenic drive). The house is on the garden level with only one other apartment above and another one to the side. We never saw or heard and noise coming from any of the neighbors. The view is unobstructed and even better than the pictures show. The interior of the house is beautiful and spacious, but the terrace is what makes this house stand out, as it wraps around the entire apartment. The location is also ideal. Its far away enough from big hotels, but close enough to all of the sites - Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse, St-Paul-de-Vence, St Tropez and so on. The open market in Cannes (everyday but Monday until 1pm) is worth going to and also check out near by Pointe de lAiguille beach in Theoule-sur-Mer. Make sure to bring your own towels/kitchen towels as these are not provided. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this place.
