About this house rental
Superb wooden villa very glazed with a stay of 65 m2 including a very modern and very effective central fireplace, a BILLARD and a PIANO at your disposal. A plasma of 127 cm is at your disposal. Wood decoration very warm. The house is atypical with the stay on the floor and the rooms in ground-garden.
Kitchen of 20 m2 with new refrigerator and oven and all the equipment like at home!
2 bedrooms with double beds 160 with upscale mattresses and 2 rooms with bunk beds 90 (normal beds equipped with excellent bedding, compatible for adults). Linen is not provided.
A GAME ROOM of 60 m2 in the basement will allow you to do musculation, the elliptical trainer and table football! A television is at your disposal.
The living room opens onto a large terrace that will welcome you even if the weather allows it; precision: a part of the terrace (where the table is) is covered by a waterproof pergola and allows to stay dry during inclement weather.
The ARBORNE GARDEN is 1700 m2 and has a PIECE OF WATER mature with many fish and many plants that allows to meditate or at least to find oneself in a great calm; besides the land is located in a very quiet area, the house being it, at the end of snowshoeing therefore without any nuisance.
There is also a large SWIMMING POOL (10x5.5) and covered by a removable high shelter of 144m2, operational from April to October 1st.
Finally, still in the garden, there is a ping-pong table and a basketball board. There is possibility to return at least 4 cars in the property including one in the garage.
NB: NO TOBACCO NOR ANIMALS in the house.
HOLIDAYS ARE NOT ADMITTED.
In terms of the environment of the house: very close to the forest, the dune golf course and the riding center. The center of Hardelot is 3 minutes by car.

Fantastic house and facilities in a wonderful, forest setting. The layout is very quirky as the bedrooms are below the living area, but this works very well with the lounge and outside decking offering a view over the pool and surrounding canopy of trees. Communication with Franck (host) was superb, from the initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay. A thoroughly enjoyable trip, which we will look to revisit next year.

A lovely, spacious and interesting house and beautiful garden which has various areas for sitting, relaxing or playing games and of course the pool which was glorious in the record breaking heatwave during our stay. Excellent communication and helpful instructions with the friendly owner was great.I'd recommend for a group of adults or family with children although we had a toddler who we had to watch carefully as there are various stairs and lots of interesting artefacts on shelves etc that he was fascinated with!

We had the best holiday ever as a family of 5 with three young kids - the host was extremely welcoming, Very responsive and gave brilliant recommendations for places to visit and eat locally. The house had so many things to explore and kept us all well entertained and could have easily housed many more of us. The pool was perfect. The garden was beautiful. The house was very well equipped - brilliant for adults and kids. We would love to visit again and cannnot thank you enough for having us!

We had a truly fantastic stay at, what we named, The Tree House, it really is a quirky yet cosy home with all the facilities you could need to make your holiday a home from home stay. We loved the terrace set in the trees and it’s such a peaceful area. Franck met us on arrival and gave us the guided tour and told us how to use everything and he was always available by phone during our stay if we needed to contact him. The pool is perfect, come rain or shine you can go swimming. We spent our week going to Hardelot beaches and Le Toucqet, the beaches in northern France are absolutely beautiful. There are many lovely restaurants just a short drive away in Hardelot. Had a truly fantastic stay, we absolutely loved the house, it’s so homely yet modern with pool table and other games. Would definitely recommend!
