The sea is very close; we see her ... we hear her lapping ... The area is residential and quiet. Nature is preserved there: coves, hills, forests, cicadas ... The seaside resort of Sablettes is lively: pop / jazz / classical concerts, art center, competitions, regattas, fireworks… The amenities (supermarket, market, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are close. You will walk in Sanary, Bandol, Hyères region, Var country… This 60 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by pine trees. Die Wohnung war hervorragend. Sie war für 4 Personen absolut groß genug. Die Einrichtung war komplett und geschmackvoll. Durch die Souterrainlage war es schön kühl in der Wohnung. Der Blick in den Garten und zum Meer waren bezaubernd.

Le séjour fut extrêmement reposant, dans un site luxuriant, jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu.
Le soir nous étions bercés par les vagues.
L'aménagement et la décoration de l'appartement sont fait avec beaucoup de goût, grace à Véronique notre hôte qui n'hésite pas à vous montrer ses créations.
Ma mère et ma soeur ont adoré leur séjour, elles compte bien revenir l'année prochaine.

Comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms and lounge entered from covered terrace overlooking the garden. Small kitchen with oven microwave and induction hob. Bathroom with large shower and separate WC. The garden is largely shaded and has a table and chairs on a grassed area, as well as a dining table on the terrace.

Très bon séjour dans un très beau cadre
Mr et Mme Giraudo nous ont accueilli dans leur très belle maison à plusieurs niveaux. La location, se situe au rdc mais la maison est grande et le rdc est a l'écart et bien isolé. La location est décorée avec goût, dispose de toutes les commodités et offre une très belle terrasse et un joli jardin où l'on peut voir la mer et entendre le clapotis des vagues. La situation est idéale car près de la belle plage des Sablettes et a proximité des autres villes comme Bandol, Six Fours etc... Un grand merci a Mr et Mme Giraudo pour leur accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Propriétaires charmants, malheureusement notre séjour fut sous une pluie parfois assez soutenue. Jardin superbe bien entretenu et terrasse couverte très agréable.

Sehr schöne und sehr ruhige Oase
Sehr liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtete Souterrainwohnung mit einem wunderschönen Garten und voll überdachten Terrasse, die gleichzeitig als zweites Wohn-Essimmer mit Kochgelegenheit fungiert. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Föhn etc. es ist alles vorhanden!
Die Vermieter sind super nett, charmant und dabei sehr zurückhaltend. In der direkten Umgebung sind mehrere Strände fußläufig erreichbar und die Umgebung bietet viele Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten für Ausflüge oder Wanderungen. Wir können diese FeWo zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Veronique und René :)

Das sehr schöne Domizil bietet die Möglichkeit für einen unglaublich angenehmen und wohltuenden Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hält eine mehr als ausreichende Ausstattung bereit.
Das Leben kann im Außenbereich genossen werden, was durch den überdachten Essplatz mit Outdoor-Kochstelle geradezu dazu einlädt.
Der große Garten auf mehreren Ebenen bietet einem fantastischen Blick auf die Umgebung und das Meer.
Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen in der oberen Etage und sind sehr darauf bedacht, dass die Feriengäste eine ungestörte Zeit genießen können.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kontakt zu ihnen, der uns viele hilfreiche Vorschläge für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und nette Gespräche gegeben hat.
Die naheliegenden Strände Plage de la Verne und Plage de la Vernette sind unsere Lieblingsstrände. Viele andere warten noch in der Nähe.
Die unzähligen Möglichkeiten, wie der Besuch von pitoresken Dörfern oder schönen Märkten warten darauf, entdeckt zu werden.

Un bon nid maritime pour se poser, se reposer
Les contacts avec Véronique et René ont été chaleureux et discrets, nous avons pu bien profiter de notre séjour. Ce logement est adéquat avec une météo clémente, printemps/été, les espaces de repas étant principalement à l'extérieur et le salon etant assez peu lumineux. Bon séjour !

L appartement sur les hauteurs est très bien situé, au calme dans un jardin verdoyant avec une vue identique aux photos proposées, la mer à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous donne en plus de tous les ouvrages laissés à l appartement pour des visites de la région des conseils sur les lieux restaurants etc...

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, zurückhaltend, aber immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Gute Ausgangsposition zur Erkundung vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten/Naturschönheiten.
Wohnung gut ausgestattet, für eine Familie mit max. 4 Personen ausreichend. Etwas dunkel, dafür aber schöne überdachte Terrasse. Ein Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert.

Un havre de paix
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Le gîte de M. et Mme Giraudo est très bien situé, sur cette très belle pointe du Mar Vivo. La plage de la Verne est juste à côté, une rue à descendre, le bonheur... Nous avons également profité de la jolie plage de sable noir de Fabrégas, familiale et pas surpeuplée, avec un club de plongée très pro, pour les adultes, comme pour l'encadrement des enfants.
Le gîte est très propre, parfaitement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût par des propriétaires qui en prennent grand soin. Nous n’oublierons pas nos soirées sous l’olivier, au calme, la vue y est magnifique, et le jardin très bien entretenu.

A l'ombre des pins penchés, un charmant séjour.
Ns avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique de nos hôtes, et avons ravivé avec eux nos souvenirs de cette belle région varoise. Authenticité et simplicité. L'appartement au rez de chaussée de la maison permet une vie au grand air. La mer, à deux pas, offre une variété de petites criques aux eaux limpides.

Süden im Garten
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Garten dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse, auf der man sich ausschließlich aufhält. Auch an dem kleinen Tischchen im Garten läßt sich zu zweit wunderbar frühstücken. Die Zikaden geben morgens und abends ihr Konzert dazu. Der kleine Kiesstrand ist nur 100m entfernt, an dem auch ein kleines Restaurant ist, in dem man direkt am Meer ganz gut abends essen kann. Den Ortssandstrand kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Auch dort gibt es gute Restaurants. Dieser Ort ist bescheidener als die sonst übliche mondäne Cote d'Azur. Aber das macht den Reiz dieses Ortes aus. Die Wohnung ist in der Tat ein wenig dunkel, aber im Sommer nachts das gar nichts, da man sich nur draußen aufhält. Die Nähe zum kleinen Kiesstrand (nur die Straße runter) ist einfach ideal. Die Gastgeber wohnen oben in der Wohnung, sie sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und halten sich sehr zurück. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Die Wohnung und der wunderschöne Garten sind genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Man sieht das Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen und das in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung, die perfekt für Ausflüger aller Art ist. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und dekorativ im französischen Landhausstil (gemixt mit modernen Möbeln) eingerichtet.
Kissen und Vorhänge hat Veronique selbst genäht und wer noch ein wirklich handgemachtes Souvenir braucht, kann in ihrem kleinen Shop stöbern und wird sicherlich fündig.
Wir, als Familie hatten hier 12 phantastische Tage und haben trotz des etwas durchwachsenen Wetters im Oktober, jede Mahlzeit auf der überdachten Terasse genießen können.
Vielen lieben Dank an Veronique und Rene` für die vielen Tipps und den tollen Aufenthalt.

Traumhafte Lage und Umgebung
Das Beste an dieser FeWo sind die Terrasse, der Garten und die vielen großen Kiefern rund herum. Bei wenig Wind hört man das Meeresrauschen, bei etwas stärkerem Wind das tolle Rauschen der Kiefern und man weiß nicht, was schöner ist. Es ist das vorletzte Haus in einer Sackgasse und es ist deshalb keinerlei Straßenlärm zu vernehmen. Als Souterrain-Wohnung ist es allerdings innerhalb der FeWo nicht besonders hell. Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auf der überdachten Terrasse haben wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen. Der große Garten stand ausschließlich uns zur Verfügung. Das Vermieterehepaar, welches in der oberen Wohnung wohnt war sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht, jedoch auch gleichzeitig zurückhaltend. Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances réussies sur la côte d’Azur
Appartement très bien situé avec accès aux plages à pied (bien pratique l’été). Vue très agréable sur la mer aux sons des vagues et des cigales que l’on apprécie sur les transats dans un jardin magnifique et particulièrement bien entretenu par ses propriétaires. Nous avons également profité du canoë mis à notre disposition.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer
Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieter, die für alle Fragen offen waren. Toller Ordner mit sämtlichen Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflüge und Karte von der näheren Umgebung. Ebenfalls gibt es mehrere Bücher (schönste Strände, Küstenwanderweg...). Man kann zu Fuß zu 2 Kieselstränden (wirklich nur 2-3 Minuten) oder zum Sandstrand im Ort (ca. 15-20 Minuten), was sehr praktisch ist. Zum Bäcker waren es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die kleine Außenküche da wir uns hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse aufgehalten haben. Von dort sieht man durch die Pinien das Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht, von den Wäscheklammern bis zum Putzmittel ist alles da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Klein und fein
Sehr hübsche und gut gepflegte kleine Wohnung. Ideal zum entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restsurants gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freunfliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir können dieses hübsche Plätzchen mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

We had a fantastic holiday here. René and Veronique could not have been better. Not only were they extremely welcoming and friendly but their local knowledge and readiness to advise and help us plan things really helped us get the most out of our holiday! Thank you so much for making our holiday such a great one.
The apartment is spacious, well decorated, with all the amenities you need, plus it is lovely and cool on hot summer days. The garden is excellent with great space for dining outside with absolutely beautiful views. The location was great, a very short walk to the sea with both sandy and stones beaches available.
The only downside was that we only booked one week. Next time we will stay for longer!
