The Space:

Perched at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this elevated retreat seamlessly blends into its serene surroundings. Sink into the sofas in the open-plan living area, where you can enjoy a movie on the TV with streaming services, all set against a stunning bushland backdrop. Escape to the rumpus room for late-night movies, complete with a TV and a sofa.



Cook up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher and a spacious island bench for meal prep. Gather around the large dining table for shared meals, or step outside onto the wraparound deck, where outdoor lounges, a BBQ, and a concrete dining table with bench seating create the perfect alfresco setting. For a laid-back afternoon, unwind at the secluded outdoor seating area, crafted with stacked stone walls and wooden bench tops—a peaceful spot overlooking the untouched landscape.



Rest comfortably across four bedrooms, each designed for relaxation. Recharge in the primary bedroom with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, study nook, and an ensuite with a shower and spacious vanity. Curl up in the second bedroom with a king bed and a semi-ensuite. A second queen bedroom offers tranquil bushland views, while the bunk room, with its two bunk beds and playful décor, provides a fun retreat for children or friends. After a day of exploring, unwind with a soak in the bathtub in the family bathroom, while a separate powder room ensures convenience for all guests.

From there, take a short stroll to the golden sands of Dunsborough Beach for a relaxing coastal escape. A short eight-minute drive leads to Yallingup Beach, a must-visit for its world-class surf and breathtaking sunsets.
