About this house rental
Its ideal location, warm hospitality, and practical amenities will make your vacation unforgettable. The perfect location to enjoy the Arcachon Bay and its surroundings: ideally situated in a residential area close to all amenities. The beach and pool are 5 minutes away, the Dunes of Pilat and ocean beaches are 15 minutes away, and famous surf spots and lakes are nearby.

We’re offering a recently renovated 40 m² guesthouse that will welcome you on our property. This charming and cozy little house, built in the traditional style of our region, consists of:
- 1 living room with a sofa bed (2 extra-comfortable sleeping spots), large picture window, TV, dining table, Internet, and Wi-Fi...
- 1 bedroom with a 140 × 200 bed, shelves, and a closet,
- 1 open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, range hood, dishwasher, oven, sink, gas stove, toaster, and coffee maker...
-1 bathroom with sink and shower stall
- 1 utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc.
Outdoor: wooden terrace, patio furniture, umbrella
Private parking space in the fenced-in garden available upon request; electric gate.
Linens available upon request for 25 € total (sheets, duvet cover, towels, dish towels, pillowcases for all beds)
Bicycle rentals available.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (if the house is left in a condition different from that upon arrival, an additional fee of 75 € will be charged)
We can provide a high chair and a beach bed upon request.
Car access and private parking in a fenced-in garden available upon request; electric gate.
Bike paths nearby.
The Bay bus network covers the entire southern basin.
The train station is 2 km away and takes you to Arcachon in 10 minutes!
