The Space:

Nestled in the peaceful Yallingup hills and surrounded by native bushland, this beautifully designed home invites you to slow down and savour the moment. Inside, sink into the oversized L-shaped sofa and stream your favourite show by the fireplace in the living room.



Prepare a gourmet meal in the modern kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Share meals at the timber dining table for eight or step onto the wraparound deck for alfresco BBQs at the ten-seater table, with café blinds and a strip heater for cooler evenings. Sip a glass of Chardonnay at the rustic bar table with matching stools or take a peaceful nap in the hammock, gently swaying in the breeze.



Discover comfort and privacy in every bedroom, each with serene views and direct access to the wraparound deck. Retreat to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, generous walk-in robe, and sleek ensuite with dual basins and a walk-in shower. Recharge in one of three additional queen bedrooms located on the opposite side of the home. Perfect for kids or friends, the fifth bedroom is styled with a tri-bunk bed—double on the bottom, single on top. Refresh in the family bathroom with a soaking tub and shower—perfect for an evening wind-down. Keep things fresh with a washer and dryer.



Outside, take a refreshing dip in the glass-fenced resort-style pool or gather in the garden seating nook for quiet chats. As night falls, toast marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit (available in winter). During winter, a welcome starter pack of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace, with additional wood available at local service stations and hardware stores. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning assures extra comfort. On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the peaceful Yallingup Hills, this retreat is ideally located for exploring the South West. Drive five minutes to the General Store for quick bites or Caves House for a classic pub steak. Just beyond, discover Lagoon Yallingup for fresh seafood, then wander down to Yallingup Beach—perfect for surfing and swimming. Enjoy wine tasting just five minutes from the door at Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Marq Wines, and Deep Woods Estate. For adventure, snorkel in the Aquarium, a natural rock pool six minutes away, or meet farm animals at Country Life Farm, just nine minutes by car. A ten-minute drive takes you to Dunsborough’s town centre, home to boutique shopping, vibrant dining, and pristine beaches.

Parking: There are plenty of free parking spots available onsite.



Airport: 40 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public Transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
