Spacious and luxurious detached holiday home in the exclusive hillfield Village development, that can sleep up to ten guests in five bedrooms.
A spacious and luxurious detached holiday home, Keepers Lodge accommodates up to 10 people at Hillfield Village, near historic Dartmouth. The property has five bedrooms – on the ground floor are three rooms (one king en suite, one double en suite room plus a twin room), and on the first floor is two twin rooms, and a gallery area with TV and seating. There is also a family bathroom with whirlpool bath on the ground floor. The property also has a large private outdoor hot tub, an open plan dining/living room and a beautiful kitchen and utility room. Guests can enjoy the use of Hillfield Village’s children’s play area, all-weather tennis court and beautiful gardens. Keepers Lodge is a wonderful, luxurious holiday property for a group getaway with friends or family.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview and DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Up to two travel cots are available on request. Off-road parking. Garden with brand new hot tub installed in February 2025 and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 1.4 miles. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am

Town: Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. Accommodation great - but nobody mentioned that we would be staying on a building site !! It’s not mentioned anywhere in my paperwork - loads of building work going on - the only thing mentioned is that we were told that the swimming pool had been filled in and redesigned as a family area ready for 2021 - it was still a very unsightly/derelict swimming pool!! no “advertised” boules area either - Think this should all be mentioned !!! Didn’t spoil our holiday but I think you are a being very economical with the truth !! It should be mentioned !!
