Location is right beach front.
The pool is too hot despite weather being 95+
No breakfast service at restaurant.
I wish they would open for at least American style. But I refer a simple Mexican traditional kitchen breakfast.

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants decent amenities.
Our friends will put in nicer rooms and paid quite a bit less than us for our room. Not sure where that came from.

another chair in room would have been nice; having to get someone across the street to open the gate when you wished to use your car;
