Security of building excellent although safe not accessable...location great...parking good
Welcome pack...we expected basics for arrival to least have a coffee or tea...shower in the main bathroom very tired...shower in the en suite requires a safety mat in the bath...one set of towels per person wasnt sufficient for a 3 night stay...

We really needed two fobs to get in the front door. It was very disappointing that we could not go home separately without then been woken up to let the other person in.

Rooms are clean and kitchen well-equipped.
Plenty of room on the terrace with table/chairs but not in the sun after 1pm.
Ideal proximity to beach and marina.
Access to secure, underground car park was a real bonus.
Few if the lamp lights were not working (one in bedroom and one in main living room reading lamp).
Would be helpful if welcome pack advised where rubbish is to be taken (across the street)
