Séjour d une semaine en mode vacances à 4, petit appartement mignon, fonctionnel et agréable avec sa terrasse.

Appartement propre (sauf la terrasse à notre arrivée...)
Le problème des pigeons, soulevé dans les avis précédents, semble réglé. Rien à signaler de ce côté-là. A part du côté de la piscine où ils sont assez présents et se rafraîchissent dans le pédiluve...
Cette location, bien exposée, mériterait un parasol sur la terrasse car en juillet, impossible d'en profiter avant 14h00.
Proche de tous les commerces et à peine à 10 mn de la plage. Le garage privé est un gros atout.
Nous n'avons pas été gêné par la discothèque à côté car elle était fermée pour cause de COVID-19.

L’appartement est très bien, propre et bien entretenu, cependant un gros problème de pigeons sur la terrasse nous oblige à rester à l’intérieur le soir, pour éviter une avalanche dans nos assiettes. La situation géographique est parfaite le centre ville à deux pas et l’océan en face.

Für 8 Tage ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen ok. Für einen längeren Auzfenthalt würde ich diese nicht buchen.
Schlafzimmer Eltern hat kein Fenster, nur ein Dachfenster in 3 m Höhe, welches man mit einer Stange öffnen muss. 2 Bettzimmer hat nur ein sehr kleines rundes Kippfenster. Der Blick vom Balkon, geht auf einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die Lage des Gebäudes ist super, nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Strand und zum Ortskern. Ideal für junge Leute und Paare.
