Ideally located for the 30 minute train journey to historic Winchester's Christmas market and ice skating. Located in Brockenhurst, a beautifully presented, 4 bedroom, town house, arranged over three floors, with two bathrooms, separate WC and an enclosed patio rear garden. The property is within easy walking distance to the village centre. Our house in the heart of the New Forest with direct access to the surrounding countryside. The house is within easy walking distance from the village shops, restaurants, pubs and railway station.

We had a fantastic stay in this property, which is two minutes from three lovely pubs and also a selection of restaurants and a convienience store. The property is deceptively spacious and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and two teenagers and a dog. The loft room has its own en suite and t.v. The property was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and even some games and books. You will not regret a stay here!

The house is very easy to find and in a great location, with pubs, train station, restaurants and shop very close by. It's very spacious property. Downstairs had enough room for us all to be in there but not on top of each other. The first landing has three bedrooms - main one is very good size, plus the bathroom. Up to the second floor to very good sized double room with its own shower room. There is plenty of storage space too. We had a small issue whilst staying. A phone call to Chris and someone came round to look at it. I would definitely stay there again

We were really pleased to be able to return to No.16, which is ideal for our family accommodation needs, close to Brockenhurst village centre, and within easy reach of some excellent walks. The house is spacious, very well-kept, and comfortable, with very good facilities. Highly recommended, and we'd have no hesitation in returning for our next autumn break.

Lovely house in a lovely location, quiet despite the main road being close by. Very clean and everything we could possibly need was provided. Lots to see and do in the area. We had a great time staying at this property.

Great house located a few minutes walk from pubs and restaurants. Well presented, warm and cosy. Easy check in with key safe. Will definitely use again

A lovely place to stay right in the heart of Brockenhurst. Neighbours were friendly and helpful. There is only one allocated parking space so could be tricky if you have multiple cars, although there is paid parking a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely return. The house was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and in an excellent location within easy walking distance to the train and many pubs and shops. The owner was very quick to get back to us before our stay with answers to any questions, and the check-in and check-out process was simple, with lots of information given beforehand. Only good things to say - couldn't fault it at all!
