We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was in a quiet area and only 10 minutes from Nice. We definitely recommend it!! ☺️

We stayed 10 days at this property and had a wonderful time. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and the apartment with the 2 bathrooms (with nice water pressure) and a large terrace suits 2 guests comfortably. We had another person stay with us for 3 days and it was fine as she slept in the sleeper sofa located in the front room that also serves as a kitchen.
During our stay, we had several guests for dinner and drinks, having fun and it never disturbed Elina and Jean-Paul who are very accommodating.
We definitively would stay there again, the location is great, 5 to 8 minutes driving to the historic St-Paul village and same time to reach Leclerc to do all your shopping.
One great plus is that you get plenty of space to park your car, which is becoming more and more of a challenge on the French Riviera!
Truly a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of this gorgeous area!!!

I can only recommend the apartment of Elina and Jean, which are very nice and helpful hosts, for a stay to discover the Côte d'Azur. The view from the terrace of the apartment is relaxing, the kitchen has everything necessary, there are two bathrooms with showers, AC is available, the pool is clean, large and refreshing. You have to walk across their main terrace in order to reach the pool or when you get to your car, as other guests pointed out already, but this is not inconvenient at all. From your place you can visit St. Paul de Vence or even Fondation Maeght via a short walk. If you want to discover other places or get groceries you will need a car. Get your groceries from the next E.Leclerc down the road and stop at Pizza Totoche or Pizza Tinos for an evening Pizza on your terrace. The Plage de la Fighière is just down the road and has a life guarded swimming area for children. Antibes offers a few nice snorkel spots. Nice and Cannes are easy to reach via the train, which is recommended, from the Cagnes-sur-Mer train station. The village La Colle-sur-Loup has a night market, and weekly concerts, and is easy to reach by car in 5 minutes. If you have children, then check out Le Bois des Lutins.

Fabulous Hillside Location
The apartment in this fabulous house is gorgeous. Incredibly large Terrace, with beautiful views across the valley and the swimming pool area really pretty. The owners were so helpful and friendly and we had a fabulous month here

Peaceful and beautiful
Very nice situation, peaceful and quiet, which we wanted, with a great terrace and views. The hosts were excellent and very helpful.
We would recommend it highly for two persons but not really for four adults as the other two sleep on a bed settee in the kitchen.
It’s an excellent location.

Belle propriété, emplacement parfait correspondant à notre attente, très calme et facile accès, proche, même si voiture nécessaire pour tout déplacement, des commerces. En raison de la saison nous n’avons bien sûr pas utilisé les extérieurs mais qui sont sûrement un atout supplémentaire aux beaux jours. La literie de la chambre est tres bonne, celle du salon correspond à un celle d’un clic clac classique. Les deux salles de bain et wc sont un luxe pour cette surface d’appartement. Nous garderons votre adresse dans nos tablettes pour nos prochaines visites dans le secteur.

Tranquility and Beauty
Wow! We loved staying at JP and E's place. Only 20 mins from the airport yet such peace and quiet. Lovely appartment (we loved the 2 bathrooms), super comfy bed and..... ooooh... that terrace and pool are just a slice of heaven. Stay, You won't be disappointed!

A lovely spot just outside St. Paul de Vence with gracious hosts
Enjoyed our stay - especially the terrace and the view! The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The drawback was accessibility since it is necessary to walk around the house and climb outdoor steps to access the suite. The weather was pretty perfect so it worked out and was well worth it! It would be a bit cozy for more than two, except for a family, as there is only one true bedroom - the other bed is converted from the sofa in the kitchen/living space. The two large bathrooms made up for that. Everything was comfortable and clean. It was very reasonably priced and a wonderful stay overall!

A truly beauty ful home on incredible grounds. We occupied the well-equipped , upstairs place with a locked, private entry and plenty of space including a huge, wrap-around terrasse and beautiful views. Ideally located within walking or faster driving reach to charming St-Paul-de-Vence as well as offering easy access to many other areas by car. Hosts were welcoming, informative, friendly and warm. We could easily see ourselves going back to explore the areas we missed or rediscover those we loved most.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Bien situé, 2 salles de bain complètes. Commodités de cuisine permettant de se débrouiller pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner si on ne veut pas sortir le soir. Immense terrasse permettant de profiter de l’extérieur. Très belle piscine bien entretenue. Nous suggérons l’achat de nouvelle literie et oreillers plus confortables. De plus, un ventilateur portatif à défaut d’air climatisé, réchauffement de la planète exige.

Perfectly charming and peaceful retreat.
An enchanting, well equipped and elegantly decorated penthouse quietly tucked away in a residential valley with a splendid mosaic swimming pool and a beautifully designed garden. Jean-Paul and Elina were charming, friendly and gave good advice about the local seasonal events and facilities. A perfect retreat we all enjoyed. We will return!

The apartment is set in a quiet and peaceful environment and has a large terrace and swimmingpool. The owners are very friendly and hospitable.
The location of the apartment is convenient for trips in the area, to the mountains or the beaches, as well as to beautiful and interesting places as St-Paul-de-Vence, to Grasse and its surroundings, to Vence, Cannes, Monte Carlo. It is only a short drive from the airport in Nice too.
We already look forward to our next visit!

Very nice house in a beautiful location
We (a family of four) spent two relaxing weeks at the apartment. The apartment is nicely located, has a large terrasse and beautiful view over Colle sur Loup. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk over to St Paul de Vence or to drive to the beach. The hosts are very friendly. The pool is about 10 meters long and in splendid condition. Thumb up and five stars.

Very nice penthouse in beautiful setting
We were very pleasantly surprised at the first sighting of the apartment and its surroundings. The directions, sent to us by the owner prior to our journey, were very helpful. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home straightaway.
The apartment is adequately equipped for four with two separate bathrooms. There is a large pool in the garden. The apartment is conveniently situated for trips in the area, like St Paul de Vence, Vence, Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Monaco.
We had a wonderful time and hope to return one day.
