The north-east facing living areas are designed for your comfort, opening out to a covered patio with refreshing breezes – an ideal spot for entertaining. The patio is equipped with a BBQ and overlooks a the swimming pool, creating the perfect setting for relaxed gatherings with family and friends. For those who love outdoor activities, the thoughtful owners have provided fishing rods, body boards, and even a table tennis set for your added enjoyment. Explore the scenic surroundings or have some fun in the sun with these complimentary amenities. This pet-friendly haven welcomes outdoor pets (2 pet maximum - pet fee applies), and the owners have gone the extra mile by providing a dog bed and doggie bowls for your furry friends. A pet fee applies for your convenience. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, a single foldaway bed is also available. Your Noosa holiday begins with an amenities welcome pack, including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper, and bathroom amenities to kickstart your stay. Enjoy your stay at this wonderful retreat – where convenience meets relaxation! Just far enough away to feel very relaxed 5 minute stroll to the Gympie Terrace, Noosa River, boat hire, restaurants, cafes and shops. Hastings Street at Noosa is a short 5 minute drive! Outdoor pets are welcome (2 pet maximum) Dog bed and doggie bowls are provided. 1 dog $100 2 dogs $150 extra charge Living area is air conditioned, ceiling fans in all bedrooms Single level house, fully screened 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom Note: a non refundable booking fee applies for all bookings, plus cleaning fee where applicable. All Laguna Noosa Holidays Properties are Strictly Non-Smoking Indoors - Sorry but no weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are permitted Note: Minimum Tariffs apply for each season based on Minimum Nights, however stays can be shorter than the minimum nights subject to the minimum tariff being paid. Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm

We loved the location of this house - short stroll to the shops and we were in a nice neighbourhood. The house is comfortable & one you can relax in. The only thing that lets this house down is the cleaner.. the house needs a really good clean. The pool is freezing too, just so you know 😊 Laguna Real Estate team were great to deal with, very accommodating.

Our group of 8 family and friends enjoyed our stay in Noosaville over the weekend. However we were a little disappointed with how the house was presented. The BBQ and pool were dirty on arrival, as well as some general household marks and stains. We did also notice a few bugs crawling around the place. This did not impact our stay and we throughly enjoyed our properties great location, table tennis table and bikes. We look forward to staying here again if we get the chance.

Disappointing stay after paying a good chunk of money. Pool and barbecue filthy on arrival. Trundle bed badly stained, pillows falling apart. Paid $200 for 2 dogs..only one dog bed, bowl rusty and unuseable. Shifted the lounges and found old paper etc and floor filthy. Nice house but obviously not maintained. Laguna staff acted promptly to sort our problems but it should never have been leased without a check from staff. Look elsewhere people.

Nice quiet area, open flow of the property with private pool! Close to all that you need: food, beer, beaches, supermarkets and butchers! We had a great anniversary. A mix up with payments at check out (my error) but the ladies were very gracious in allowing my slightly late payment.
