We were attending the VFW Convention at the Grand Hotel but my son and daughter-in-law convinced us to stay at Jamaica IV. They have stayed vefore and recommended it. We loved it! So peaceful and the birds were beautiful to watch. After the rushing we had to do at the Convention, we came "home" to the condo

Very nice stay away from the craziness of the main strip. We were right there for all of the convenience, but isolated enough for the quiet bayside. The condo was cozy as if we were at home in our own house which was very nice. Awesome weekend getaway.

Pros: location (a short safe walk to Fager’s); the view of the bay; the new, very clean appliances; and kitchen - everything you need. Con’s: For us the bed was very uncomfortable; you have to bring your own sheets, blankets and towels; and you have to clean up quite a bit before you check out. But that’s how they keep the cost down by a significant amount compared to hotels and other places.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been to Ocean City many times over the years to attend the Ward World Wood Carving Championships and have stayed in many different locations. This was one of our favourites. The accommodations were 100% accurately represented in the listing, it was clean and had everything we needed. We went out for meals so did not cook anything but the kitchen was well equipped. The patio area overlooking the Bay did not disappoint for sunsets and significant bird activity! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location was ideal for being close to everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. The house was clean and inviting. Location was great for access to the beach. We enjoyed our meals on the patio with a nice view of the bay and beautiful birds coming to rest near the inland waters. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth. Beach accessories were provided (chairs, umbrella, toys) and house rules were clearly stated.

Place is so cute, very clean and had small things already there like toilet paper and paper towels. Took older family member and was nice was only few small steps for them to get to the door. The view off the back porch is beautiful, and we had wonderful sunsets! Owner was great to work with too, got back to me quickly with questions etc. Bed was very comfortable, only thing as it was cooler in Oct there wasn't any blanket for the bed just lightweight cover and we didn't think to bring that. But would definitely stay here again, nice central location too! You can walk to Fager's Island for dinner!

We had a lovely stay here! The property is even nicer than the pictures. Check in/out process is super easy. Close to tons of restaurants, bus stop right on the corner too if you don't want to drive. Beach is across the street. Can't beat the sunset views. Would stay again!

I stayed here for a long weekend with my daughter and her kids. They had the best time! Close to a lot of restaurants. What a view! She had so many brochures of activities/restaurants in the area. The apartment was spotless. The bed was so comfortable! Ms Jennifer was on call at whatever time needed. Will visit again!!!!!

My daughter and I were so extremely pleased with our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything went so smooth. The condo is right off the exit and the place is exactly as described. The colors inside are bright and wonderful. The owner has all the essentials there in the kitchen. We felt like we were at home. Can’t wait to go back again. By the way The sunset is amazing

Perfect location. My girlfriend and I prefer to stay closer to the Rt 90 bridge for all the restaurants that are near by and this place was close to everything we wanted to do. Drive 15 min north and you are at Bethany Beach or 15 min south and you are at the OC boardwalk. Secrets, Macky’s, Fager’s Island, Bad Monkey, AllyOops and many more were in walking distance so we didn’t have to drive anywhere if we chose to. Two blocks from the beach too which was a welcomed benefit as well. And the view of the bay was amazing.
